Absolutely loved this place. It was peaceful and calm and my family loved the animals we saw moong through the yard. Hosts were fantastic and very responsive.

What an amazing place to stay! We stayed over Thanksgiving and it was close enough to Ft. Worth to visit friends and Granbury where we had some work to do the next couple of days. Super peaceful and comfortable! Wish we had more time to be able to explore the ranch! The shower was fantastic and I was determined to use the hot tub even though it was cold outside! Really unique experience staying in a safari tent. I highly recommend it!

Nice views, could have been cleaner, lots of cobwebs and left over candy/food under beds and couches. Overall it was ok.

We had a great time . The hostess was very responsive and friendly. We enjoyed all the amenities - especially the big dock and kayaks! The space was small - but perfect for a weekend away with my husband ! Highly recommended 😁

David’s place is BEAUTIFUL inside and out!!!! The house was clean with plenty of room for our family of 7. We enjoyed cooking on the grill and in the kitchen with everything we needed. David even supplied us with extra food and homemade chili which was amazing!!!!!! The extra food really helped us out a lot especially having to feed 4 children aged 17-20. The ponds with the fountains and the ducks were so relaxing, and my husband caught a big bass! Hank the donkey was so fun! We fed him a lot of animal cookies! Haha! David has GREAT communication and was super helpful with everything!!!! We will definitely be back during the summer to swim in the pool. We all had a wonderful time!!!! Thank you David for your hospitality!!!!!

Staying here was a great escape from the busyness of life. The host was amazing and went above and beyond. When we asked about grilling utensils they went and got some for us and dropped them off. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend and would stay here again.

fairly small but lovely little cabin. had a bed and a futon so it worked out perfectly for us. has tv, coffe maker and a nice shower with plenty of hot water! what more could you ask for? right outside of Weatherford so plenty to do when staying here. definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Oscar’s place the tiny home experience was great it may be small but it felt so roomy Very clean and well equipped our fur babies loved it as well It was very cold outside and the cabin stayed warm and cozy. We always stay here for our visits and find the local residents (George and Gracie) very friendly and welcoming. The other residents staying there are very friendly and welcome others to conversations. The place is very quiet and close enough to the city to drive into within minutes.

It was a very peaceful stay. We enjoyed the fishing most of all. He caught 3 nice size fish. I would suggest bringing your own paper towels, and hand soaps. We will definitely book again in the warmer months.

Host was extremely helpful with our last minute request to stay and continued to check in daily on how our stay was and if we needed anything. place is cute and extremely clean. Would definitely stay again.

Our family had a wonderful time and we will definitely be back asap. Cabin #19 was super clean and cozy and the proximity to the lake, parking, restaurant and boat launch were perfect. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and I highly recommend their pickle chips and cheese nuggets and the French toast at breakfast was incredible!

We had the pleasure of staying in all three of the cabins at this property, and our crew absolutely loved the experience. The area is beautiful, offering a peaceful and scenic environment that made our stay enjoyable. Each cabin was clean, comfortable, and provided a great home base for our team. The host was accommodating and ensured everything was in place for us. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing stay in a stunning location.

Wonderful experience! Andrea was friendly, accommodating and responsive. We booked our stay last minute and she was extremely welcoming. Check-in and check out were smooth. The cabin was lovely! Clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. So peaceful. The cabin was outside of town in the country but close enough to several restaurants and stores. We were so grateful for being able to stay with our pets. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and look forward to returning in the future!

Nice and cozy cabin! The bedding was so comfortable! The pool/ping pong table was a nice touch! The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could possibly want or need, including an air fryer and a crock pot. I’ll definitely remember this on our next trip! The dock was great for fishing! The water is so deep and we caught several types of fish at all hours of the day (even while the kids were using the rope swing and slide). This place is truly a slice of heaven and we can’t wait to return!

We just spent a week here and we really enjoyed ourselves. We were told the water level was 9 ft at the boat dock so we could tie our boat up but after arriving it was only about 3.5 to 4 ft deep so we had to rent a slip at the west bay marina to keep our boat at the whole week which was an added expense we weren’t expecting. The house was really cozy and we loved the extra master suite separated from the main house. I wish they had left out more trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels for us though knowing we had a large group so I had to provide extras and the dishwasher tablets as well. Overall, the house was great and we made it work and we all had a great time and made lots of new memories and that’s what matters most 😁

What a beautiful little cabin! We stayed for a couple day “stay-cation” and this place had everything we needed. Including comfort in a peaceful environment. The house sits over a pretty view of the lake, with a spacious yard, boat dock and paddle boat! The interior is a gorgeous modern rustic look with plenty of space. Heather was very helpful, and super responsive. We found a little home away from home and will be back!
