Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Garmisch-Partenkirchen

Our family had a fantastic stay at Lukas’ guesthouse. Communication was great. Lukas greeted us when we got there and gave us a ton of information about the area in English even. This is a great location for exploring the area with beautiful views and a grocery store super close. The guesthouse was perfect size for our family of four and our dog. We loved having the fresh bread outside our door every morning and a stocked fridge with meats, cheeses, yogurt and fruit for breakfast every morning. Thanks, Lukas and Sarah, we will be back soon!

Peter’s location is excellent and very central. It’s an 18 min walk from the central station - can also take the tram directly to this location. Peter ( and Lula) are so welcoming and warm. I had a great experience.

Everything great and as described in the ad. Very nice contact and everything is straightforward. The fair was easily and quickly accessible by own car. I'll be back when I'm close.

Very nice room with a good size. It overlooked the road but it was very quiet. Breakfast is great and complete. We were hosted very well.

Tom is a very friendly host. He helped us with all the information about Innsbruck with maps and necessary public transport. There was a bad weather condition and we had to drive back to Salzburg after our stay. He helped us with information about road conditions and told us the safest way possible. Really appreciate that. Stay was comfortable. Everything in place. Thanks a lot Tom!

Veronika’s place is lovely and easy to find. The breakfast is amazing and served as our group’s perfect start to the day :) Veronika is always available and very friendly; sharing recos on what to do in the area! the only watch out is that rooms are upstairs with no elevators so you will need to carry our heavy luggages up 2 storeys.

Cozy guest house. Some old building, but there are newer facilities :) Sink in your own room was a huge plus when going to bed and didn't want to occupy the common toilet for too long.

We had a great time staying at the Bayern resort. The hotel is in a beautiful setting and has incredible mountain views. It’s also very well connected to all the major attractions in the area. Loads of fabulous hikes around. Barbara is lovely and was very warm and welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic.

All in all great recommendation, I had a marvelous time. The bath is as good as new, the rest of the room is made of typical austrian sqeaky wood, but in good condition. Only negative point was that there were more guests then place on the ski boot dryer. Just to consider: If you're an early bird, skiliftifts in Kaltenbach start at 7³⁰. The matching train start at 7⁰⁹, but breakfast isn't before 7³⁰. They do offers lunch bags if you ask nicely and backerys open at 6am. The place is wafer-thin so pack earplugs if you're planning on going to bed early or sleep in.

It was a perfect stay! Great location to explore the surroundings, but staying in complete relaxation. Great welcome and above all great breakfast!

The house is beautiful, it is very quiet and it is very easy to access several very beautiful villages. Sandra helped us a lot with recommendations and was always attentive that we had whatever we needed.

We had a lovely time in Schliersee. The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent!

This was a highly unique stay, and I would absolutely recommend. Not only is the house absolutely beautiful, but Sandra is a lovely host! We loved getting to know her, know the house, and learn more about the digital detox. The gardens were beautiful and the two cats were cute company when we arrived as well. The breakfast was absolutely to die for as well. My husband and I think we will remember this breakfast for the rest of our lives (and we wish we would have done the dinner as well). Overall, highly recommend this Airbnb for relaxation, peaceful views, and an amazing breakfast. We absolutely hope to return in the future.

I had an amazing experience. The rooms were very clean, the included breakfast was great, and Doris was very accommodating.

10 out of 5 stars. We loved staying here! Great facilities, a new sauna, delicious breakfast, and Doris was a wonderful and friendly host 'going the extra mile'. The location is really easy to get to with the free ski bus. Staying here exceeded our (already high) expectations and made our ski trip to the area really memorable.
