Angela’s place was amazing! When we walked in, we were in awestruck by how classy the furniture selections and decorating were. Also, this was probably the cleanest Air BNB we have stayed in. Angela was very communicative, and she provided great recommendations for places to dine. We enjoyed the fire pit one evening, with the reflection of the full moon over the bay…so cool! We would love to come back to the area, and this place will certainly be our first choice for places to stay!

Was a great weekend away with my daughter. We loved walking around the downstairs shops! Great location and close to things we needed on this snowy weekend.

This was a great stay! It’s close to downtown without being downtown. It was nice to be closer to nature with the ease of the city being a short commute. The place was exactly like the pictures and the host is very responsive.

Took quick trip and was appreciative that Rachal was able to accommodate the reservation! The place is filled with warmth and well decorated. Quiet at night which is great. Easy check in, easy checkout. Great value for the place and location.

I stayed at the Flip Flop Inn in October 2024 with my husband and 2 year old son. The Flip Flop Inn was exactly as described and a great place for a family to stay. Stacey even had a baby gate and child lock on the cabinets. The tub worked well for bathing a toddler and for adult shower. The space was very clean, warm on cold nights, and was a nice private space. Not sharing a wall with anyone else meant we did not have to worry about toddler noise waking others. The area was very quiet and we slept well. The host was very responsive when we had questions. The Airbnb is about a 10-15 minute walk or short drive to Beulah restaurants and the town public beach. US 31 is very close and it's within 45 minutes of Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes, 10 minutes from Frankfort and Lake Michigan, and 10 miles from Crystal Mountain. Accessibility note: the Airbnb is located up one flight of stairs and the 6 foot long path from parking to the door is slightly uneven.

Very relaxed and peaceful place, close to downtown, food , lighthouse and river walk. The house was clean, big enough for 2 people, loaded with everything you needed, and was very comfortable. My friend and I had a great time in Manistee and at Scott’s place. If ever visiting that area again would definitely book with him again.. I give him 10 stars (excellent) on everything! The apartment was perfect for a weekend getaway to go skiing! The photos of the place matched what we experienced - the place was clean, the towels and other linens were nice, and the shower head was good. Not all places get linens and the shower right, which is very important after a long day of skiing!

We had a great stay. Mike communicated well. The space was comfortable and it had everything we needed for a couple of nights. It was also great that it was pet friendly.

The location was perfect for what we wanted to do last weekend! Easy drive from traverse city and so close to downtown Bellaire. We will definitely be looking to come back!

My husband, pup, and I felt right at home here! Clean and cozy with an unbeatable location! Shops, dining, and the Bestie River trail right out the door…Not to mention the lake view from the living room!! Absolutely perfect for our stay.

Perched on a peaceful hilltop surrounded by trees, the Birdhouse offers cozy, thoughtful accommodations. You will find that Joyce has thought about every detail in how the space is designed. From the delicious local coffee from Higher Grounds, to the comfortable bed and all of the kitchen supplies you could need, your shelter needs will be met - and then some with Joyce’s hospitality. We used her detailed visiting guide to pick up dinner (which did not disappoint in the least! Run, don’t walk, to Nittolo’s!) Our time in northern Michigan is always a treat. It feels like time is slower and the days are a little less stressful and our time at Joyce’s was no exception. This past weekend at the Birdhouse was one of our most memorable trips and Joyce’s hospitality played a large part in that. She was communicative leading up to our arrival date, was helpful when we had questions and was kind enough to let us meet and spend time with her adorable pups. We can't wait to return!

This Airbnb was great for a girls getaway! Clean, easy to navigate, and the hot tubs were a great bonus! Emily was a great and responsive host! Price was great for the location; close to downtown TC and near the waterfront :)

Very cozy and great location right next to Shanty Creek Resort Hotel and very easy to get downtown Bellaire. You can either catch a ride to Schuss on the free bus transportation from the resort or take a quick drive. Overall great place for a romantic get a way!

This was a great place to stay for a family vacation. Having access to the pool was a game changer for the kids, and being less than a 10 minute drive to the slopes was perfect! It was a very cozy, home environment. A big bonus is that every room had its own full bath, and there’s an additional half bath. I could see us staying here again in any season! We appreciated the flexibility and quick response of Jackie. The only thing to note, is if you’re visiting during busy times - the parking can be difficult.

Our stay was perfect! There is even a shuttle on property that you call and they will come pick you up and take you to the base of Boyne Mountain! Great property for a weekend getaway!

Great little place to stay while skiing at Schuss. Couldn’t be more convenient - Ivan’s, ticket office, and lifts just steps away. Room was clean and fully stocked with everything you could need for a ski weekend. Hosts were great communicators. Thanks for a great Michigan winter weekend!

Loved everything about this place! Very close to lots of restaurants & activities, easy to find, very clean & loved the rooftop hot tubs!

Place was well organized, stocked with amenities. I even read some books they had lying around. Very convenient and peaceful to get away.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is well appointed and comfortable. Rachel is super responsive and helpful. As a local, I highly recommend this condo for those visiting from out of town. It is centrally located to a number of wonderful establishments and places to adventure to. The hot tubs on the roof are 2 person but flexible enough if you’re with another couple there’s pairs of 2 set together and you can still hold conversations. Highly recommend!
