We loved the stay at Anupama’s place. It is walkable to many stores and restaurants and only 1km to benaulim beach. Pro: - Responsive and friendly host. She was kind to leave us fruits, cookies and Christmas cakes - Safe and neat gated society with pool - Good internet and functional kitchen with all basic amenities for a short stay - Attached terrace is great for morning tea and evening drinks Cons: - Second floor without elevator (though host helped us with luggage) - Car Parking is outside the gate though in front of building. Finding a spot could be tricky sometimes - Mattress is bouncy so not comfortable for good sleep - Felt highly overpriced at Christmas-New year rates

Very nice and great place with lots of greenery Staff was very kind with a great host Shreya she was very attentive and kind also very caretaking. Pool facing room and very secure for children’s Room was cleaned every morning overall the stay was a wonderful experience..👍👌

A very tastefully and aesthetically set up apartment, very comfortable stay, as every amenity was so thoughtfully provided, nothing one wants was missing, hygienic and the staff who cleaned the apartment as well as the attendants of villa very accomodating and well behaved, a lovely pool and not to miss the lovely, warm and caring hosts who were always ready to help. Daily provisions like veggies and groceries available at 100 mts, good restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there .

Great host. Amazing property. They had one care taker always around the property for our convenience and everyday cleaning staff used to come. Our stay at this place in Goa was absolutely amazing! It was extremely cozy, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. It had a warm and inviting vibe, making it a perfect getaway. I had such a nice and relaxing stay at this place, the highlight being the hosts who were so warm and welcoming and the house and the kitchen were pre stocked with all the stuff we might need for our stay. I was visiting Goa for the first time, and now I’m going to stay here every time I am in now.

We were a group of four friends visiting Goa for the 2nd time. Staying at this house was a pleasure. Living in this property is like living with the nature. The home was cozy and clean. The hidden trek to the hill, located adjacent to the house from where the sea view is ultimate. Coming to the host, the best part of our trip is meeting Paras. Paras, is a very warm and gracious person and we were amazed to know about his skills and achievements. This is for Paras, "The Techno music you showed us is amazing and the last night of our stay where we chilled was memorable and you made our trip a complete one." Special thanks to Manish, our caretaker who made us comfortable with all the things we required for and for preparing the delicious lunch on our last day. Next time we don't have to worry to find a place as we got one forever as a second home for us in Goa. Thank you Paras, for hosting us and its a great stay and trip for us. Highly recommend this Airbnb! From start to finish, the hosts were super communicative, ensuring everything went smooth. The house itself is huge; perfect for big families or friend groups looking to stay together comfortably. There’s plenty of parking space right on the property which was a huge convenience. The surroundings are lovely, with trees dotting the property that make for great, relaxing walks. The caretakers are incredibly kind, adding a warm touch to the stay. Inside, the home has a peaceful atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at ease. The kitchen is fully equipped and the RO water system works perfectly, such a practical bonus and the ACs are effective. A special shoutout to Vicky who is an exceptional host - attentive and welcoming. On top of all this, it’s heartwarming to know they donate to a local orphanage contributing to a noble cause. Charles was an amazing host who had the perfect team to co ordinate our arrival and things we need at the villa . Bishnu the house keeper was super friendly and most loving to host us and keep us well fed. The entire villa was sooooo beautiful, serene and very clean . The old Portuguese villa had amazing 4 bedrooms that was well equipped with all amenities . The pool and the sit out was the highlight of the stay I wish we could have stayed longer . But for sure we ll come back as a bigger group to chill in the house .

This is one of the best villas I've stayed in. The location is a bit difficult to find as the map location is incorrect, but the you get awed after reaching here. The Mapusa river provides a picturesque background. The villa is pristine with a top notch interior. All the rooms are aesthetically decorated. There are 2 care takers who were polite and attentive. The food quality was good. A suggestion for cook to prepare just enough food to avoid wastage. The V are family team was proactive in all the communication to make it a smooth experience. Very much appreciated. It was a wonderful experience and would love to recommend for people who want to rest away from the Goa hustle.

This is an excellent airbnb in a gated community very close to calangute beach nd market. The house was clean and very comfortable. We especially liked the outdoor sitting area. The helper and cook staff including Mansingh wrre also excellent and prepared very tasty breakfast everyday. Even the hosts were very proactive calling to make sure everything is alright. You can’t go wrong with this one.

I liked it very much. Meenu ji is very nice and explained it very well, gave us information one by one and Anupa who takes care of us is also helped us a lot. We found everything very easily and quickly here. Thank you Meenu ❤️

One of the best spots to be in Goa. Beautiful location, lots of amenities ( society pool, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, timely cleaning service, beautiful interiors, nice beds, great support staff). Property is located near to the market, would recommend this over staying in any hotel. Perfect family spot in Candolim, Goa.

The stay is absolutely beautiful and comfortable. The location is extremely prime in the heart of Benaulim, walking distance from the beach. Ritu is extremely responsive and helped us have an amazing experience. Looking forward to returning here in the future!

Our stay at the place was awesome! Shankar and Jagdish were very responsive and helpful at every hour of the day. When we checked in we had a couple of questions and Jagdish came over to answer those questions and assure us of the security of the place. Even though this could be done on the phone, he took the effort of coming over. The overall place was clean, chiç and well maintained. The cleaning service is done every alternate days and is done very efficiently. Just a couple of things that could be bothersome - The washrooms are a little crammed up with very little leg space. My husband, who is over 6 ft, wouldn't fit on the toilet space. - The bedsheets may have not been completely clean as my husband and I both had itching on our legs after a nap. However, our overall experience was amazing and I would definately recommend this place for peaceful time in Goa.

It was nice stay at the property...very clean...host was very nice, patient and responsive... place was very quiet and very near to verca beach... highly recommended for family stay and stay with friends!

Maddy, supported ably by Soni who did housekeeping three times a week, was always very responsive and helped us quickly with any difficulties or minor problems that we had. His recommendations for taxi services from Wilson and Viju meant that arranging transfers and trips was successful. The apartment is very good, well equipped and generously proportioned. The wifi, ceiling fans, hot water and air conditioning are all very efficient and we found we had all the necessary for preparing food and cooking food. We used the efficient ingredients delivery service a few times and the produce was high quality. Using a foreign card proved impossible but they took cash on delivery. One of the traditional local artisan bakeries called into the apartment complex and sold delicious fresh bread and samosas daily. I also used the swimming pool most mornings at 9. There was a slow build up of green in the water but this was treated regularly by chlorination involving closing it for the day.
