Places to stay in Gallup

This was our first time staying in an RV, and the Cowboy Cruiser really was quite spacious and comfortable. Jeff makes wonderful breakfasts and is great to just sit and talk with, as well. The location is perfect for visiting the Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary, Bandera Volcano/Ice Cave, and El Morro, as well as seeing absolutely every star in the sky on clear nights.

Pros = wonderful accommodations. The bed was amazing comfort. The owners were away, but had hosts filling in for them. Jerry & Fiona were amazing, a pleasure to work with. And a absolute pleasure to visit with. Loved the space, especially the courtyard. The 'family' (dogs and cat)was great for us to pet and fill our dog separation needs. If you stop and relax and sit at the dining table you'll see a great small group of deer that love snacking on the brush. This is a wonderful place to relax. And home base for exploring El Morro. The con= We can't say anything positive about the village of Ramah or the one cafe there. Just the opposite. Pay close attention to the host comments and come prepared with your supplies from Grants or Gallup. And if you like a beer after hiking all day, bring it. NO WHERE to purchase. This place is absolutely amazing. We had 4 adults and 3 children, traveling from Texas to Utah and wanted something better than a hotel. This place did not disappoint. After a long day on the road this place had plenty of room for everyone to relax. We enjoyed a very nice dinner and the scenery is amazing. We even seen deer pass through the property. The house is very clean and up to date. Everything was perfect. Do yourself a favor and stay here. Well worth it. One of the best if not the best places I have rented.

It was perfect for what we were looking for! Ken did a great job describing how to get there. We came after sunset, so his instructions were spot on (even in the dark)!

Bring an extra box to take home whatever you can from their world-class, first-rate gifts / jewelry / collectibles / art shop. Stunning things of value abound there. Had a wonderful Valentines weekend here! It was so quiet and peaceful. A great place to unplug and unwind. Even left chocolate for us and had the fire place set up to use 😊 Loved staying here !!

Another wonderful stay in Grants! Michael's Airbnb is immaculately clean, beautiful, and in a wonderful location with amazing views. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

beautiful home, great location in the city right near down town. clean spacious. hosts were quick and responsive. plenty of parking spaces.
