Friendly host, nice and cozy room great location

This apartment was spacious and perfect for our family of 6. It was in a great location - 5 minutes from the Lake Como Greenway, 15 mins to Lenno ferry port. It is also close to the bus stop and nearby supermarket. We loved it as a base to explore the middle lake. Riccardo and Valeria were such friendly hosts and their son Davide was always available to answer questions and make local recommendations. We had a great stay in Ossuccio.

The accommodation offered was impeccable and well located! The photos exactly represent the space and is very functional and very clean. Laura was extremely kind and helpful, also considering that due to my flight time I arrived really late. She patiently and accurately explained how the house works and made herself available for any communication. The apartment is a real gem: functional, elegantly sober, with attention to detail and truly welcoming. A great apartment, spacious and very clean. Fantastic comfy beds, great kitchen space. Super responsive host answered any questions really quickly and so helpful before and our stay. The apartment is located in a great area, easy walk to city centre and the playground for the children and also free parking around the house. Great apartment in a great neighborhood. The apartment is large, cozy, well appointed and very quiet. Its a classic apartment. The location is perfect for getting around Milan. There were plenty of places to eat and there is a great market around the corner. I absolutely recommend it! It would work well as a long term stay too.

Absolutely recommended, Ivana was punctual and provided us with all the necessary information. The apartment is large, close to the center (10 minutes) but at the same time in a calm area of Arona.

The four of us women stayed in the apartment for two nights. Edoardo was already waiting for us when we arrived. We were welcomed courteously and friendly with a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge. The apartment was well maintained and clean, the beds very comfortable, the apartment large, coffee and water were also already prepared for us. The apartment is very well located locally and you can quickly get to hyped places. However, the area can be noisy because of the traffic situation and the nightlife in the area. Edoardo provided us all with enough earplugs. We felt comfortable. Thanks Edoardo Antonio!

Very nice attic, spacious and well-equipped, the accommodation is easily accessible with free parking spaces,beware of street washing however for parking. Barbara was very responsive and gave us good recommendations.

The apartment is very nice. Located on the 4 floor with elevator, it is bright and airy. If desired, it is possible to safely park the car in the basement. The accommodation is very clean and well equipped, nothing is missing. It is located right in the center of Varese which is convenient for walking to the restaurant, shopping or taking the train to Milan. There is traffic during the day but it is not disturbing and the nights were quiet. Communication with Francesca was excellent, the information is complete and clear. Plus, she gave us a lot of tourist information that was helpful. Francesca is very welcoming and available for any questions. This apartment is the perfect place to visit Lake Como, Lake Maggiore or go to Milan during the day, we had a great week there.

Great view and the pool (which we couldn't use in October because of the weather) are a dream. Paola is a dream host and always available and had many tips right from the start. Unfortunately, shopping is not possible in the village, i.e. you either have to buy something in smaller shops (if you can find a parking space) or have to go back to Como. Otherwise, you can also start directly at the apartment for a few hikes. There are restaurants in the village or in nearby villages if you can find a parking space - which was unfortunately an issue even in October (also because of construction sites)

We stayed at this home for 4 nights. It was as shown in the pictures and very quiet. Contact with Irene was smooth from the beginning and she clearly described the way to the farm. The place doesn't have that much to offer, but is a good base for looking at another place. The accommodation is on an olive farm and Irene also sells the specially produced olive oil there. We couldn't use the pool due to the weather, but the view of the lake from the balcony is unbeatable. We absolutely recommend the place and would certainly come back.

Apartment in a good location. Nice and functional apartment. There are many food locations in the area and close to the subway. Ciro provides everything he wrote in the listing. There were also towels and linens in the apartment for a change. Communication with Ciro is fast and efficient. :)

A great apartment to spend a holiday in. Outstanding view and general location. Apartment had all of the amenities that we required. Andrin was a great host and responsive at all times. The swimming pool was a huge advantage to all of us (3 generations of our family).

we had a great stay at Elena's apartment, she and her husband were very welcoming. the place is very well located, close to lenno to take the boat. the apartment is very functional, clean and tidy and has a very nice view of the lake. the kitchen has everything you need to prepare small dishes for 4. Very good stay in Turate, William's apartment was a little bigger than we thought, with space to store our belongings. The large garden is well fenced and it was very convenient for our dog. William is a great host, very available and friendly. We didn't lack anything (thanks for the special touches) and the apartment was very clean! Small shops are a 5-minute walk and supermarkets are a 5-minute drive. You can park right outside the entrance to the building, it's convenient.

Casa Dolce Vita was the perfect 4-day break for my son and I. Fantastic accommodation, provided everything that we needed with very beautiful view over the lake from the lounge and balcony. Each morning started with watching the sun rise over the lake with freshly made espresso. A very peaceful neighbourhood, especially at the end of season, which is exactly what we were looking for. A handful of very cool bars and restaurants in close proximity (a short and hilly 5-10-minute walk into Belgirate or 15-minute walk to Lesa, or Belgirate Train Station). Alberto was the perfect host. He greeted us with a smile upon our arrival and provided us with both practical information and local recommendations. The house was spotlessly clean and provided all the essentials, including a well equipped kitchen. We would highly recommend Casa Dolce Vita and I am already looking forward to coming back in the future. Grazie mille Alberto!
