My husband and I had an amazing getaway and this house was perfect! Clean, literally spotless! Close to everything such as restaurants, fun in the snow, and taking a trip down memory lane. We will definitely be booking another stay in the Spring time.

Top-notch place. I’m so happy I stayed here and felt so cozy, great communication and everything went smoothly.

My colleagues and I were in the area for a conference and needed a place with at least 7 bedrooms. Douglas' place was comfortable and had plenty of room for all of us. Plenty of parking and lovely grounds. Would definitely be a great place to stay when the weather is warmer as outdoor space and pool looked very inviting.

This was our 3rd year renting their Potomac Overlook home for our family Thanksgiving and once again, our entire family loved staying here! The home is spacious with plenty of bed- and bathrooms plus super-comfortable beds. And the property is absolutely beautiful with its Potomac River-front location and plenty of very usable outdoor space. We highly recommend it!

Incredibly grateful for this home and for the KOA next to it! We knew we were booking a home with lots of bedrooms a hot tub (the most important things!) but we had no idea it offered so much more. A working fireplace when we got snowed in, a KOA with plenty of activities literally next door, a stunning walking path that we took through the snow when we got snowed in, and an incredibly kind crew who helped us get our cars un-stuck. If I had to be anywhere during a snowstorm, it would be here. And if I had any questions, the KOA was there next door to answer them. Super easy. We were walking distance to tubing, a six minute drive from historic downtown. We just have to come back when the weather is nicer to take advantage of the mini golf!

We had a really great stay here! The house is absolutely gorgeous. The pictures do not lie! Also you feel far more remote and "deep in the woods" than you actually are, while restaurants and grocery stores are closeby. It's a best of both worlds situation. Highly recommend! One tip: the heater is pretty powerful, so you may want to turn the thermostat a little lower at night than you might otherwise.

I really loved this AirBnB! It was very dog friendly and was perfect for what we needed! It was clean, super easy to get to, check-in was a breeze. Easily within driving distance of a variety of activities - downtown Annapolis, various parks, etc. Definitely the perfect home-base for some day excursions!

This was the perfect place for us while visiting family in Old Town. Exactly what we needed- a clean, beautiful little home that provided us the extra space we needed, while being comforting and low maintenance. Home was very clean, and lots of amenities provided (we were able to do a load of laundry which was a life saver after coming from NYC). Joel was very flexible with check in and always responsive to us. Check in and out was a breeze. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom. We will be staying again next time we visit!

This was our second stay at Tony's house and we LOVED it. Communication with Tony is always great and we even got to visit with him for a bit. The house is very comfortable. Everything was super clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. We didn't spend much time in the house, but we enjoyed the time we were there. We will certainly be back!

Mark was very responsive, the place was very comfortable and so clean. It was very quiet inside and felt very private. Full kitchen was very nice. Very affordable for the area and great to walk around the area!

The place was charming, well stocked and very comfortable. The communication was great and we would definitely rent again.

Our stay with Cal and Colleen was easy and simple. Everything was just what we'd been told to expect. It was nice to have that second room in case of snoring! There were extra pillows and a blanket. The house was warm and clean and we had everything we needed. Cal was friendly when we met him one afternoon. Enjoyable stay and well located for Baltimore and Catonsville events.

Overall wonderful experience. Nathan is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was very clean and comfortable and has all the amenities. Great location with some walkable restaurant/bar options. Would definitely recommend.

My family and I loved this place. It has great views from every room, and while incredibly spacious, it's very cozy. We had space to be private, but still warm places for family experiences. The amenities are great, the kitchen has all you need, and has great dining spaces. Also, Sam and Ilene were very accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure we were online. Finally, I love being near the water and this place delivered. (I want to return in the summer.)

Martha and John’s place was so beautiful and peaceful and everything we needed for a getaway from New York. They were so kind and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We felt right at home with our dog and would definitely come back again! The thoughtfulness and attention to detail they put into their place truly makes you feel right at home :)
