We felt very comfortable right away. The apartment was clean, tastefully furnished and the equipment of kitchen utensils sufficiently available. The location is just wonderfully quiet, to relax. We recommend a trip to the island of Hiddensee, the ferry runs from Schaprode. Worth seeing if you are by car, the Skywalk am Königsstuhl followed by a visit to the 'Kleine Försterei', Cape Akona, a visit to the 'Büchezirkus' in Binz and of course the beautiful bathrooms. Lovely apartment with short distance to the beach! Visit to Binz and Jasmund National Park in a lovely September was splendid.

The place was exactly what I was looking for. Quiet, friendly staff and guests.

It was an extremely successful turn of the year for us. For us, it was the first booking on Airbnb and we were surprised by so much consistency. We were received in a very friendly manner. The place was great, highly recommend it. There is everything you need. There weren't long distances. The beach was 10 minutes walking distance walking distance. We will be happy to come back.

Apartment is centrally located in Sellin, so you can quickly get to the pier and beach. The apartment is well equipped and can be used well as an exit point for exploration. Very friendly hostess.

We had a really great stay in Uta's flat. It is typical and perfectly located. Uta was also very responsive to our few questions. To recommend!

We spent 4 days in the apartment and were very satisfied with the location and amenities. In a few minutes you can reach the market square with many nice cafes and restaurants. It is not far from the harbor and is highly recommended. Thank you for the great time!

It was wonderful to be in Monika's place for a few days. By car, you could easily reach Selin, Putbus or Binz. We had a wonderful view of the crane crawl.

The apartment we liked very much. We booked the parking space in the underground garage, highly recommended. Bicycle parking available. The apartment is located on the ground floor directly overlooking the ocean and lake promenade. Renting a beach chair is certainly also recommended during high season.

Top location, quite new apartment with current amenities. The bakery can be reached in a few steps, it is only a few meters to the pier Sellin and the third shuttle bus leaves almost right outside the front door. Within less than 100 m, almost all restaurants of the place are within walking distance. In the house it is very quiet and the underground parking is very practical for those who arrive by car and want to know it safely stored for the time of the stay. You can have a good breakfast on the balcony, even though the view 'goes out to the back'. Tip: Two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with wellness bathtub) - for two people actually much too big. We (2 people) booked very spontaneously and were very happy to have found such a beautiful place for our vacation at such short notice. We will be happy to come back!

We are always happy to be on the Baltic Sea over New Year's Eve, every time somewhere else. We liked Sellin and also the apartment very much. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The pier and the beach are within minutes walking distance. Were also in the fish restaurant Skipper, is highly recommended.

I enjoyed the stay very much, everything went smoothly and the apartment was very cozy.

Everything was as described. The check in was smooth with key box. We were even able to get in a little early by arrangement. Everything was very clean and the location was perfect (right on the promenade) We were actually just missing the toaster in the kitchen, and the bed was too hard for me and my wife. We will be happy to come back. We had a nice time.

We had a very nice stay at the apartment hotel. The kitchen in the room was well equipped. Even washing machine and vacuum cleaner were available. The building has a very large and beautiful roof terrace (open until 10 pm). Supermarkets and restaurants are very close. The buffet breakfast was fine and included to our surprise.

Super nice and quiet living. Andy's apartment was very pretty and homely and everything necessary was available, although the oven and I did not become friends 😅 The construction site next door is hardly noticeable, except that the lake view is somewhat limited, but there is still the cute gazebo outside. Overall, we are super satisfied and will probably knock on Andy's again next year 😊

Nice - I chose this place because of traveling with a dog. Dogs are allowed throughout the house, I only saw two and therefore that didn't stand out at all. The construction is super new and the apartment looks nicer than on the pictures; especially the kitchen is extremely high quality, not as blue as pictured. Everything is available and four of them. Great to find a vacuum cleaner, mop, beach chairs and more at this place, which I never thought. The underfloor heating keeps everything nice and warm in winter, a well furnished balcony with green views is great for relaxing. Within walking distance it is one block to the sea, parking (paid) is in front of the house and the area is pleasantly quiet. There are some small cafes nearby, but you should take the car or plan a good walk to the promenade with more action. Especially like me in winter. I would come back, such a clean accommodation is too rare. THANK YOU to the Balltic team.

We felt totally comfortable. The apartment is very quiet and yet you are in a few minutes on the promenade and on the wonderful beach. Absolutely recommended. The weather was great, so we could also use the cozy terrace. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Aleksandra and Sebastian were totally nice and very helpful. An absolutely great apartment to relax and also a great choice to drive down in the cold season. The sauna is a real highlight, as is the whole other part of the apartment. Very modern and tastefully decorated and everything you need is there. Really great, we had a very relaxing and beautiful time here 😊

Our vacation in Greifswald was super nice, the apartment fantastic and the service remarkable. We were picked up by Petra from the train station, in the meantime we already got some tips about the city (small city tour quasi ;)!) and then we could look forward to the breakfast basket with fruit basket, wine and water. Excursions from there were very easy, the apartment is centrally located and you immediately fall into the pedestrian zone with numerous shopping, restaurants and cafes. We had a great stay and have already recommended it. :)
