Great accommodation, even better than in the photos! Pleasantly surprised, I would really recommend this place. Thanks to the host for the smooth, friendly communication and very welcoming and accommodating. Great stay in this accommodation located in the city center (but very quiet and pleasant) with quick access to everything you need in the area.

It's a great discovery: an exceptional home where we celebrated a birthday in a small group, marking memorable moments. The main farmhouse is welcoming and warm, and the rooms offer exceptional comfort. We regretted that our stay was too short and hope to come back soon. Highly recommend this sweet spot. Listing absolutely as described. Megh is very friendly, it showed through his messages since we didn't meet physically. The accommodation is a very reasonable distance from Giverny, which allowed us to stay 48 hours in the area (prices on Giverny are scandalously high). The environment is not exceptional and the street is rather busy and noisy but other than that, we are very satisfied

We had a wonderful week at Delphine's in August. The house is set in beautiful grounds and the views over the peaceful countryside were wonderful, especially in the late afternoon with the sunset. We enjoyed using the covered pool, even when raining, and the pool house has a fridge and toilet which meant with young children we didn't need to walk back up the hill path to the main house. The tennis court and basketball net were also was a big hit and she provided lots of balls and rackets to keep everyone entertained. There is a lovely boulangerie in Chambray, and big supermarket nearby in Vernon, and the location is great for taking day trips to the coast and surrounding towns. Check in and check out was smooth with the friendly Martine showing us around the house and providing all the details, even using a translation app so we could communicate and understand each other well. It really was the perfect week for relaxing and switching off for a while.

The accommodation is fully consistent with the photos, very nice for a romantic night with a very well appointed spa side, a fully equipped kitchen, a large TV and a king size bed. Clear instructions, peaceful place, little direct brightness, so no worries for an evening but maybe more "disturbing" in case of a longer stay. Thank you for the cocoonning welcome and the punch glass in the fridge upon our self check-in:)

Daniel and Fabienne went above expectations. We arrived realizing that we’d left our electric adapter in the previous hotel. We were a bit panicked as we use our phones to navigate from place to place. I asked Daniel if there was a store nearby where we could buy one. He said he would look. Soon he and Fabienne arrived with a new adapter they had purchased for us. We were so relieved! Then Fabienne made a reservation for us for dinner at a great restaurant. While some was lost in translation, they did everything to help us.

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit
