Amazing spot, everything was great! Highly recommended the host and the spot!

The place was extremely easy to find thanks to Stan’s instructions. Quite private, allowing a relaxing stay and the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful view to the river, forest and the museum across the hill. It felt larger than what it looked in the photos and that was just amazing. Comfortable and cosy. The kitchen was loaded with the necessary appliances and there was plenty of choice for either coffee or tea as compliments.

Spacious and clean. Great communication. Everything is good except the car park spot provided is a bit tight but parking on the street is safe. So, we would recommend this place.

We had a very good time in this apartment. It is located right next to a park in the city center. It is very easy to find with detailed instructions provided by the host. Street parking is free on weekends and there is a paid parking nearby as well. The place is decorated wonderfully and feels very cozy. There are some very good places to eat in the area, the Italian bakery on the opposite side of the park offers the best omelette sandwiches. This part of the city is very beautiful, we had some great walks during our short time there. Like other comments mention there is a little bit of noise from outside during the night, but it didn't bother us at all. Overall I highly recommend the place and the host.

Great apartment with a fantastic, sunny balcony and a stunning view over the valley. The host is very friendly too and blocked a parking spot for us right in front of the place (which is super valuable in the city center). Thanks again for having us!

I highly recommend this place in Veliko Tarnovo. The host was very welcoming and friendly, the place was nice and clean. As we were there for New Year's eve there was champagne as a gift which was really sweet. Coffee was provided as well, it's the small things that made us feel very welcome. :)

One very cozy apartment that has everything you need to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. We loved the atmosphere, the bookshelves, the view. Also the kitchen has all the amenities you need and there were even children's toys which my kid loved!

No Issues

I am returning guest at Room 11. When I visit Veliko Tarnovo my first choice for accommodation was and will be aways Room 11! One bottle neck is parking. Parking in downtown Veliko Tarnovo is always tricky. Yet, an advantage of Room 11 is that there is close by like 50m away a city parking lot. But, please bear in mind that between 9 am and 5 pm you should be sending sms on 1362 with your plate number. Parking next to the entrance for room 11 is not possible and I would not recomend it. The street is rather small and do not be provoked by other cars. I do highly recommend Room 11 for singles or couples on bussines or private journeys. The Anne, the Bost, is super supportive and communication is done in a clear and empathic way. Wish best of luck for the Host and enjoy your atay at Room 11. I will be returning.

An excellent place for a few days stay in the ancient capital, with a beautiful park just across the street and also 10 min. from downtown by foot. The studio was perfectly clean and well decorated, check-in was easy with the detailed instructions and videos provided by Vlado, the private garage underground appeared to be quite an advantage due to insufficient parking spots on the street. Somewhat a disadvantage is the not-so-good soundproofing between neighboring apartments (we were able to hear even an average conversation from the neighboring studio) which sadly enough is a common problem with the contemporary residential construction quality in Bulgaria, but there is probably not much the owner can do about it. Overall this Airbnb was a great choice for our family weekend trip to Veliko Tarnovo and Vlado is a great host so I would be happy to stay again.

This was our second stay in the studio, everything was perfect

Interesting road to get there! However worth it for the view. Basic but clean, comfortable and friendly hosts. 3rd floor of house, offering lovely views.

Dimitar was very responsive and very friendly. The place is well equipped (except for a stove) and he even provided coffee pads and basic ingredients like cooking oil, salt etc. The location is good, the city center and the old town is in walking distance. The balconies are definitely a highlight, as well as the fact that the apartment has two bathrooms and a small toilet. I would definitely recommend a stay at Dimitar's place!

The old barn is indeed an old barn with interesting history but with modern facilities inside-- everything we need is equipped! Kids enjoyed roaming in the huge garden playing and picking up fruits. The hosts are very hospital to meet our needs-- they prepare milk, bread, butter, eggs etc. for the first night in case we didn't do shopping. They are also generous to let us use the hot tub in the yard-- kids loved it!! The only inconvenience is the address isn't on the google map, without the host leading the way we got lost in the allies...

The apartment is very well located in a super quiet area with a beautiful small balcony where you can enjoy a good glass of wine after touring the city. It has everything you need for a good stay, we had a great time also are pet-friendly, thank you very much, we hope to return soon.
