Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Gabriola Island

We had an amazing time at this property! The ocean view from the house was breathtaking, and the spacious layout made our stay even more comfortable. The bedrooms were roomy and cozy. The yard was great, which was perfect for taking our dog out. The location was ideal too, with easy access to everything we wanted to do. The only downside was the steep driveway and the many stairs, which might be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues, but overall, this place was a dream. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, spacious getaway with a view!

The house was as pictured and good response time from host in a last minute check in. We stayed while my dad recovered from surgery and it was convenient to downtown Victoria.

Our family and dog really enjoyed our stay at Susan’s house. It was a really nice neighborhood and super comfortable for all of us. The WiFi was fast for a few work calls. We would definitely stay again.

We took a chance on this house for a family visit to the Vancouver area with our 3 teenagers. (No reviews were posted yet when we booked.) The living room, deck and balcony had beatiful views and we enjoyed some gorgeous sunsets. Baths and linens were in good condition. Wifi and TV worked well. Kitchen was adequate but missing a few basic items. My only complaint was a stale, smoky odor on the main level. It's a bit of a drive to get into the city, but we found that to be an OK trade-off for a lower price and more space to spread out.

We had a wonderful stay at Christi's Suite and Carriage Home. It looked exactly like the photos and had such a cozy feel, with thoughtful touches throughout the place. The view was stunning, and even with the rain, the patio was a lovely spot for morning coffee. Great location - walking distance from the village. Thanks for a great stay-we’d definitely love to come back!

perfect space to host 16 guests with plenty of rooms and baths to use! we did not have to worry about space as the house was very open and had just the right amount of furniture. the hosts were always very responsive, which mean check-in and questions very easy. overall, the neighbourhood was in a great location, clean and beautiful home, and i would definitely rebook in the future!

Cozy place to stay located in a peaceful area, but close to all the amenities that Lonsdale has to offer. I would recommend staying at this location especially if you enjoy staying in heritage buildings, of which has mountain views and spectacular sunsets over the harbour along with the evening twinkling skyline of Metro Vancouver. The host Brad is congenial & responsive: overall an excellent Airbnb experience!

Lovely cozy place to stay for a weekend. Close to town and shops. Clean suite and stocked kitchen. Tess was quick to respond and made us and our pup feel so welcome. :)

Absolutely our best stay ever at an Airbnb! Linda is a warm, wonderful host with attention to all the large and small details that made our stay feel like home! Perfectly lovely for hosting our family gathering! Very safe, quiet neighbourhood for walking. A delicious deli bakery is a few steps away and amenities such as groceries , liquor store , dollar store , bank are a short drive away. Loved, loved our stay! This is a polished gem of a place and a gem of a host!

Magical!! Even more beautiful than the photos. The place was exceptionally clean and hosts very responsive. Communication excellent. I would love to come back here and just sit and enjoy the view some more.

The best place to stay in White Rock!

Tao’s place was right beside the arena and stadium and a convenient walk into downtown with great dining options. Tao is responsive and the unit is well equipped for 3 people. Recommended.

Amazing place, you feel welcomed as soon as you arrive. The “suite” is equipped with everything you need, even some coffee and fruits. I was going to the convention center everyday. 10-15 minutes by uber, 15cad. Very convenient, and much better than staying in the center

Peaceful Lynn Valley retreat. Comfortable and private, fantastic location. Beautiful surroundings! 10 minute drive to Lonsdale or Mr Seymour. Great spot for adventurers or for a quiet getaway.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Cavan and Victor were incredibly hospitable and helped to facilitate a beautiful vacation. Unbelievable location with stunning views throughout the entire day. The location was incredibly convenient, just 30 minutes from Vancouver Airport and about a 2-hour drive from Seattle. This place was very cozy, clean, and nice. it can accommodate a lot of guests with how spacious it is. The neighborhood is very quiet and theres a main road with restaurants and shops about 5 blocks away.

Jerry and Paul were very responsive hosts. They tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Everyone loved the media room, the foosball table and the ping pong table. The carpet does need spot cleaning and the kitchen needs more seasonings to cook with. Regardless, that didn’t deter us from having a great time at this house. Thanks for a nice stay. Will definitely be back.

This is one of the nicest airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. The amenities are great. The house is great. It’s got the most well stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in an airbnb. Would recommend to anyone, and would come back.

Everything about our stay was amazing. The location and view were beautiful. The neighbourhood was very quiet. The spacious outdoor patio area was our favourite place to relax and enjoy the magnificent view, all the hummingbirds and quietly watch the deer that would pass by . A phenomenal place to stay! The owner/host has an eye for detail, and a great taste in furnishings and interior, and much attention has been paid in making this house look luxe. No wonder, the house got a best interior award. Great location in an upscale area, well stocked kitchen, wonderful outdoor patio with swing and a mini golf course. A beautiful chess table, piano and the basement game room and home theater are the cherry on the pie. Highly recommended!
