Neat 2 bedroom house, close to the beach, very functional and with climatisation. Outdoor showers and rinse sink are very convenient, and mosquito nets installed everywhere.

The views here are somehow even better than pictured, worth it for that alone. The apartment matches the photos, the furnishings are spartan but have everything you need for a short stay where you're probably mostly out anyway. The walk into town along the main road has some tight spots without a sidewalk but you can also take the longer walk along the beach. In our group of 4 there were 2 that were woken up by the train and also wished the beds were softer so keep your personal preferences in mind. Minor suggestions would be adding wifi, some extra towels, and regular non-stemmed drinking cups in the home. From the start communication with Francois was excellent, despite some plans outside of his control changing he was proactive on making sure we were able to get checked in with the very friendly housekeeper which worked out perfectly despite the language barrier. If we ever have a chance we would stay again.

Nice family apartment, spacious and comfy. Well stocked kitchen. It's a true one bedroom with separate living room and eat in kitchen. Bed was really large and comfy too. It's also the only apartment we've seen in Italy that has a lift! Apartment is walkable to the historic center. Fabio can recommend places to see. We had a little trouble meeting the lady to let us in, but Fabio set it right. We were just there 2 nights, but we saw the temple of Pythagorus, the city castle, and the old town.

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

Lovely house in olive grove. Beautiful view. Well equipped kitchen. Gioditta was a great host, responded quickly and picked us up after we left wrong. Follow the instruction with the road. You can't use Google Maps if you're coming from the south. Nice walk to village. We got to look at the olive harvest. I would recommend the place if you need peace and quiet.

Our stay in Praialonga was absolutely a treasure. From start to finish Caterina was absolutely a lovely host and goes above beyond and made our stay lovely. We absolutely loved the welcoming touch with homemade muffins. We look forward to coming back to the region again. The place is exactly as pictured. I already miss the sounds of the sea. Le Fratte is a wonderful site with lots of plants and this house a gem! Bigger, more beautiful and cozy than on the pictures we spend here some wonderful days and didn't mind some of them to be rainy at all, as one could still sit on the huge covered terrace and enjoy the view. The beaches right in front of the site are beautiful, but require at least some basic fitness to get down to and up from. There's a big beach next to the porto touristico not far away that should be easily accessible for everyone though. The Ristorante in the village, Le Pagoda, was still opened in late October, which we almost didn't expect, so in case you don't want to use the kitchen (which has all the basics and much more so you're ready to cook) once in a while, there's a surprisingly good option to eat out (try the swordfish carpaccio) just a 5 minute walk away. 10/10 would definitely go back again.

Villa Raffaele's Scirocco apartment comes exactly as the description and the photos available on the Airbnb page. The amenities are operational both in the kitchen, bathroom and living room. The air conditioning allows, at certain times of the day, to cool the air and thus be able to rest without suffering from the heat. The rooms are very nice and quiet, the kitchen offers cooking and food preservation opportunities, like at home. The views of the terrace, or the rooftop of the villa are beautiful, and we loved getting up in the morning facing the bright blue Ionian sea. It's a great place to recharge peacefully, away from the urban hustle and bustle, in a splendid setting. Access to the sea can be done on foot, crossing a small tunnel under the road, in less than 15 minutes. Nearby businesses, especially on the Botricello side, are plentiful and offer all kinds of food.

Maria Cristina’s loft was exactly as in the pictures. Modern, clean and comfortable for a family of 4. It was spacious so we weren’t on top of each other and close to the shops, Beach etc.. but in a more quiet area which was great. Maria was very friendly and quick to respond anytime we had any questions or issues. She popped over quickly, even at night to help us out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend her apartment to anyone visiting Soverato!
