Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Furnas

I've stayed in hundreds of airbnbs and this was definitely one of the best. Even though it was just two of us, there was plenty of room for much larger groups. The apartment is centrally located and less than a 10 minute walk to the town and the beach. We had no issues finding parking in front of the apartment. The wifi worked great (~136Mbps) for two digital nomads that needed to have reliable internet. Guido was very accommodating and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ponta Delgada

We had a great time staying in Água de alto. The house was perfect for our group and Selma was an excellent host with lots of great recommendations. The house was comfortable, clean, and peaceful. The view is amazing and the stairs to the beach are just outside the gate. The location was central to a lot of the things we wanted to do with short drives into Villa Franca, Ponta Delgada, Furnas, and Ribeira Grande. We can’t wait to come back! PS The road into the property is tight, but we were able to fit a small rental SUV with the mirrors tucked.

Beautiful place, much bigger than the pictures make it seem. We were 4 single travellers and it was perfect for us. Ana couldn’t have been more helpful

Marie’s house is stunning, and we had a wonderful stay. It truly feels like a home away from home. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail make this place truly special, one of the best we’ve experienced in our travels. The house has everything: a fully equipped kitchen, an incredibly comfortable bed, a crib and high chair for our little one, and a bathroom stocked with everything we could need. The garden is gorgeous, and the energy of the house is magical. Marie spoiled us with a welcome basket and even personalized towels and the crib for our child. A huge THANK YOU! Every evening, she shared a new itinerary with us, offering invaluable advice. We can’t thank you enough, and we’re certain we’ll be back in the future! See you soon.😊

My family and I stayed for a week, they left and then friends joined me for a week - so 2 weeks in all. The pool was cool (it was january) but some did try. The hot tub was fabulous and was enjoyed by everyone. The house is spacious and perfectly clean and tidy with good supplies. The owners and the cleaning service were very helpful and responsive to any messages which was appreciated. The island is wonderful and we loved everywhere we visited.

Communication was great from the start. Vitor allowed us to check in early. He was very attentive to all of our needs. There was an issue with a water heater during our stay and Vitor fixed it right away. We enjoyed the location away from the hustle and bustle of Ponta Delgata. You will enjoy it if that's what you are looking for. We loved our long walks along the ocean. Feeding ducks and geese every day was a special treat. House is spacious and close to many sights, but you will need a car. It can get noisy at night due to barking digs, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. We grew accustomed to it in a few days and it was no problem since then. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and we wish we could've stayed longer.

Good location. Even time driving to east or west of the island.Not far from many attractions. Away from the city crowds. Quiet countryside setting. Florbela & Luis are friendly and respond quickly to communications. Would like to stay again.

Loved the place very convenient to everything and the city. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed , just wish there was air conditioning it was very humid . Sofia always responded very quickly when we had a question and we would definitely come back . I give this 5 stars 💗

Great place right on the edge of the center of town, very walkable and great views from the balcony! Highly recommend staying here, Gigi is very responsive and helpful with every need.

I stayed at this farm airbnb with my girlfriend and we felt so lucky to have picked this place to stay. The airbnb was charming and quaint, and we felt super cozy. Paulo and Inés even provided us with a bottle of wine, some snacks and fresh herbs from the farm as a gift for our stay. Paulo gave us an in depth tour when we arrived, and they were super flexible with our arrival time. The restaurant located on the farm was exquisite, and we loved each of the six courses, or "moments," of the dinner. The staff was extremely well mannered, informative, and pleasant to be around. Also, being able to enjoy the property and walk around the farm freely is worth staying here alone. The pool and the hot tub were clean, and the farm dog was so joyful. I would stay here many more times. This airbnb alone almost makes it worth a trip to São Miguel. Lastly, the airbnb was squeaky clean, and there were even space heaters for the colder days (we were there in November). Shoutout to Paulo and Inés!

Alvaro's home is lovely and cozy; every detail has been carefully thought out to make you feel at home. From soaps, towels and kitchen utensils, to napkins, spices, salt and even a courtesy tray with must-have products, everything stands out for its quality. The cleanliness is impeccable and the home environment invites you to relax. In addition, the treatment received was exceptional: Álvaro and his team were always attentive to any need, offering a dedication that made our stay an unforgettable experience. The location is unbeatable to explore San Miguel: in an ideal area to drive around the island, with everything within reach, including a supermarket for added convenience. Value exceeds all expectations. It was definitely the best choice for our trip. I 100% recommend it!

Very clean , comfortable and spacious. Very nice outdoor patio with great seating. Was a little confusing finding parking garage but it is directly below at level -1 and unit is level 2 . Best to use elevator to -1 and locate garage door . Hosts were responsive it directing us were to go . Also we were confused by cook top never having used induction top but called owner and they quickly clarified. All and all great accommodations

The team was extremely friendly and responsive. Answered almost momentarily during their advertised business hours. The apartment was beautiful with a great view. Lots of parking options around the building.

The best appartment we have ever stayed in. So well appointed with everything provided you would ever need. Conceiçao is a kind and generous host. Her appartment is immaculate and spacious. The locality is quiet and walkable into Ponta Delgada. we will definitely be staying at Conceiçao's appartment again.

We had an excellent stay at Cláudia's place. Check in process was easy and easy access to the private parking. Location was central. Cláudia was very responsive and easy to contact. Kitchen came with all the basic appliances needed and towels/toiletries were provided. The shared terrace/patio area was very nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Sara’s place. Communication was good, check in was a breeze. Sara was very accommodating. The pictures are accurate, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable, it was a very inviting place, the apartment is toward the back of the building which made it very quiet ( which we really loved), it felt like home. I would stay here again!
