Nicoletta is definitely a great Host, Monica is reliable and helpful, a thank you to them for our nice weekend. The apartment well reflects the description made on the page, well finished in "mountain" style, very clean and tidy. Perfect location for those who ski, just a stone's throw from the cable car, you can also walk to the center of Bormio in less than ten minutes.

CHALET WITH SAUNA FOR FANTASTIC SKIING

We loved our stay here. The photos don't do it justice. It's light and very spacious with a lovely open view from the front patio which gets all day sun. The kitchen is very well equipped and there are four bathrooms. We stayed in early September with a small child and there are lots of suitable things to do in the area. The only issue we had was the lack of any air-conditioning. If the weather is warm, you will want to open the windows in the front bedrooms, but you get a lot of road (and train) noise, especially very early in the mornings. I would suggest ear plugs. Overall, it is a great place to stay, and must be amazing in winter with the Madrisa gondola just up the road. Thanks so much, Mark.

We had a magical skiing holiday in picturesque Livigno. The apartment ticked every box. It is a real gem. Modern and well equipped. Ideally located and so many extras. Heated locker for skis, parking in garage. Treats and snacks on arrival. So many nice touches. Lovely view up onto the snow covered mountain. We were even able to ski home!! What a treat. We highly recommend that you stay here if you can. Looking forward to being able to return in the future.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything was there, very friendly and helpful people when checking in, very good amenities, a wide view of the valley and the mountains. And if the weather didn't play along, the sauna was just right. We will be happy to come back.

Francesca’s appartment was great for our two families, we really enjoyed the spacious living room. The appartment is close to Groste (23 min by car) and Madonna di Campiglio (30 min by car) and the indoors garage for 2 cars was a real plus. Francesca was always responsive and helpful, we highly reccomend her place!

The cabin is in a great location with spectacular views of the mountains around, it is a few kilometers from Bormio for those who want to ski and a few kilometers from Livigno, also highly recommended for the perfect decor and typical warm cabin, it is like feeling at home.

Very comfortable house and perfectly matching the photos and description. Quiet area near the departure of the Spinale and Campiglio pond. Perfect order and cleanliness as well as relationships with Pia. New and working appliances. I definitely recommend this apartment for both summer and winter.
