Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Fujikawaguchiko, Minamitsuru District

The place was in a convenient location and was close by the grocery. Space was very minimalist and has a staircase access going to the second floor. We were 5 adults, 2 kids and an infant and we booked last minute so the amenities prepared were for 4 that time. It was hard to manage the heater since the breaker would get tripped when we had to run the heater on all the rooms and was told to run the heater one at a time. During this time , it was an unusually cold winter and it was hard to manage with all the kids freezing. I suggest to bundle up or bring some hand warmers.

This was a great little unit, and a very homely feel. Ranka and Aoi were extremely helpful and very quick with responses. Supermarkets were very close, and the variety of transport options made it very easy to get around and explore. We found the area very quiet (our visit was over the Christmas period), and appreciated not being in the hustle and bustle of Tokyo city centre. Our main reason for visiting was to go to Disneyland, which turned out to be very easy to get to on the bus and train. We really enjoyed the Sumida area and would definitely stay here again! Uncle rabbit and Auntie are very nice. Feels like home at the house. Can see Fuji San at the door.

Thank you Aya! Had some issue with parking due to car being too big, but Aya responded super quickly and helped us found an alternative parking for the night. The stay was awesome with everything needed. Could see Mt Fuji right from the balcony. Would recommend.

This Airbnb rests atop a peaceful hill that was a short and healthy exercise upward. The station was very close by and goes both east and west toward Hakone and Odawara within only 10 minutes. The Airbnb had all the amenities and more; we felt at home immediately checking in! Host was helpful, proactive, and welcoming with their messages and communications!

The location from the inn was as pictured, and it was very beautiful and I was satisfied! There are plenty of facilities and amenities, so I have no complaints, but I thought it would be good to have a whisk.

We had a nice time there. It’s a beautiful home, not at the main road, but right next to the forest. It’s easy to reach in a 5 minute bus ride from Kawaguchiko station or a quick taxi ride. Thank you!

Beautiful space just as advertised. Very good heating and amenities. We found the location convenient for a family with young children with a rental car- easy to get to various places in Odawara, lake Ashi, ropeway and the open air museum. Rei was very responsive, checked in on us and assisted where we needed promptly. Hope we get to stay again!

Convenient location near the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even assisting us in carrying our luggage up to the third floor. Cleanliness and comfort were both great. Just a note that there is no elevator, and parking is available for 1,100 yen. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Everything was perfect. House is so big, you get a small movie theater, you have an outdoor wood hotbath. Personally way much better than ryokans. Just don’t forget to bring lots of drinks and food. There’s no mart near.
