Responsive, discreet, and caring host. The apartment very clean, all comforts, sheets, towels, shower gel, coffee pods, wifi, nice decor, nothing missing, everything is perfect. Ideally located a few steps from the city center and the train station, and despite being on a very busy boulevard, it has good sound insulation which makes it very pleasant. Great address in Marmande!

We had a lovely week. The park around the castle is nice. We enjoyed the tree climbing (5 min.) and continued our explorations to the Dune du Pilat, Bordeaux, Mimizan beach… Thank you Lucienne for your smile and your welcome.

The super central location of the apartment in the St-Pierre district is perfect. After a long walk, you can rest briefly and then go back to the next slopes. A nice to have would still be Wi-Fi connection.

We had a great weekend in this place, close to a lot of things, a relatively quiet street and the advantage of having parking on the next street. Gregory is quite responsive and the instructions given before arrival are very clear. I would of course recommend this Airbnb which is tastefully done.

Large charming apartment overlooking the Public Garden. Very quiet. The neighborhood is lovely, small cafes, restaurants and shops. Perfect for our weekend reunion with friends. Virginie hosted us very warmly. We had coffee, tea, milk, butter for breakfast. It was a very nice little touch. As the weather was very nice, we didn't spend a lot of time at the apartment. The bedding is great. We highly recommend this rental.

Perfect pied à terre for central Bordeaux. Friendly helpful hosts. Spacious and light apartment. Basic decor and perfectly acceptable so really good value for the price.

Advantages: - Near shops - Well-equipped (kitchen utensils) - Washing machine and dryer - Comfortable bed Cons - Unpredictable heating - Bathroom and toilet on the ground floor, bed upstairs with a small narrow staircase: impractical for trips in the middle of the night

My girlfriend and I had a great weekend in the T2 offered by Johanna and Adrien. The hot tub is a real plus and the environment is beautiful.

Quiet stay that did a lot of good to break the daily routine. Atypical and very cocooning accommodation shared with my son. We enjoyed the jacuzzi by following the usage information provided, which is nice when you don't know. A guide to visiting Bordeaux was available, and allowed us to visit 2 neighborhoods we wanted to see. We had the company of a little dog who invited himself during the preparation of the meal. The subdivision is really quiet and peaceful. And the sun brought an extra positive note. Thank you for this beautiful service.
