We had a pleasant stay at Yoann's who welcomed us in person,what is appreciated.Yoann is a friendly and responsive host The studio is very clean ,bright ,functional, quiet,you feel very good there I highly recommend this listing!

The accommodation fully lives up to its promise. It's a good place, all the electrical and household equipment was functional, coffee, tea, chocolate and infusions in large quantities for the biggest foodies and even a welcome cocktail. No complaints!

Thanks to Judy and Olivier for this short trip! we only spend the night in La Roche-Chalais to celebrate the pacs of a friend just settled 3min from the apartment but we will definitely come back. The apartment is very cozy and comfortable, identical to the listing, extremely simple access thanks to your instructions and welcome delivery people. Thank you again and I hope to see you soon!

Excellent stay at the "haven of peace" . The accommodation matches the description, well equipped, the neighborhood is quiet. Vanessa is accommodating during check-in and check-out times. We had a great week. The park around the castle is nice. We took advantage of the tree climbing (5 min away) and continued our explorations to the Dune du Pilat, Bordeaux, Mimizan beach... Thank you Lucienne for your smile and your welcome.

Excellent stay in this very well appointed and carefully decorated accommodation. It is very nice and it is located on a very quiet street. The bathtub is exceptional. I definitely recommend Gregory and his studio for a stay in the Chartrons district!

Virginie’s apartment is in a great location, walkable to lots of restaurants and shops, close to a tram stop and next to a large public park. The apartment has a lot of character & charm and Virginie was super easy to communicate with and always willing to answer questions and help us out.

Amazing location and view. Impeccable stay! We were in Bordeaux for a few days of walking with our 2 teenagers. Centrality and the view are a real asset. The apartment is bigger than we imagined. Everything is very convenient. The concierge is impeccable. A topic about very dusty glazing was solved the next day. The apartment is indeed very noisy because it is at the heart of Bordeaux life. We had retained it knowingly and do not regret our choice.

The house was absolutely stunning and had everything we needed - definitely try to make use of the barbeque and the terrace! The location was also great, lots of restaurants within 5 mins walking distance and the market nextdoor was our highlight of the trip, we went there almost every morning to get fresh food. Had a lovely time!

My girlfriend and I had a great weekend in the T2 offered by Johanna and Adrien. The hot tub is a real plus and the environment is beautiful.

Coming for a girls' weekend, we loved the place: spacious and bright with a great view. The independent roof top with heated hot tub really brings a plus to the place. Responsive and very welcoming hosts, thank you sir for your good addresses.
