Beautiful hotel/apartment, stylish spaces and perfect cleanliness! The only flaw is the location but in 30 minutes by tram you get very comfortably to the center of Amsterdam

Kenneth was a great host - very friendly and pro active with communication. We chose to stay in Zaandam to escape the noise of Amsterdam and Kenneth's place was great for this. Nice quiet neighbourhood and the other guests and Kevin were quiet to so we slept well. The room was spacious, bed comfortable, nice shower and had tea and coffee making facilities, small fridge and microwave so could do a bit of self catering. It's also easy access to the train station which we used to visit Zaanse Schanse, Amsterdam and going to/from airport. The video Kenneth provided to go from train station to his place was awesome 👍 There are plenty of restaurants, shops and cafes in Zaandam and we felt very safe. We would definitely recommend staying at Kenneth's place - thanks again for your hospitality.

I was completely satisfied for a short stay at Pension Genat. The accommodation is very well maintained and lovingly furnished, so you feel right at home. My room was clean, cozy and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location of the guesthouse is ideal, quiet and yet easily accessible. I can fully recommend Pension Genat and will be happy to come back!

A very clean home, the bathroom was chubby warmth:-) The place was easy to find, car parking on site, Check in straightforward flexible. I forgot something, it was found and deposited immediately🫶. I'd love to come back.

Amazing loft room with space to properly ‘live out of’ if you’re a long-staying visitor to Amsterdam. Felt right at home in the comfy and clean living space. Having a workspace on the top floor made working from here a breeze. I’d definitely come stay again.

The room is as described, with big windows and plenty of light. Shared bathroom and WC which is cleaned everyday. Check-in was easy with a passcode, and the house is just a 10-minute walk from Zaandam station. It’s in a quiet, lovely neighborhood near a supermarket and the main shopping street full of bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and shops. Kenneth is a kind and helpful host, very quick to respond. Just a note: the house is a typical old Dutch home with a narrow stairway. Rooms are on the 1st or 2nd floor, but Kenneth was very willing to help with my large luggage. Zaandam is a great alternative to staying in Amsterdam—peaceful yet well-connected!

Lovely place and inexpensive! Recommended for a beautiful Holland vacation.

Very good for our short trip in Amsterdam. Located just outside the city center, but with the tram you could easily reach it. Parking with a little luck is free right in front of the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen with all the important appliances and utensils was very beneficial! Would definitely book again!

I really like the hotel and the staff is extremely helpful and nice, however the price point is a bit too high.
