On the ground floor there is the living room with comfortable sofa corner to relax, a south terrace including sun protection and sun loungers. In the kitchen, in addition to the usual equipment with stove, oven and refrigerator, there is a dishwasher and a washing machine. Upstairs are the bedroom and bathroom with shower. The apartment was completely renovated in 2017. Everything is new and ready for you.

The dune loft is just off the upper beach promenade on Wangerooge beach. The gastronomy, shops and a beautiful golf course are only a few minutes' walk away. The apartment currently has to be cleaned by our guests on the day of departure, which does not include the cleaning fee (see additional costs) of 120 EUROS and only the cost of 40 EUROS for bed linen and towels is charged under "Fee for bedding" (information under "additional rules").

Please observe the Corona Ordinance of the State of Lower Saxony. At the moment, the 2G+ rule applies to accommodation establishments of all kinds until 22 February. Even if this is explained differently on airbnb (unfortunately factually incorrect). Exclusive holiday home with terrace for your own use . The highlights of the apartment are the exclusive bathroom with its own sauna and the south terrace with great views and beach chair.
