House vacation rentals in Freshwater

We felt very comfortable, safe and at home in May's cozy flat. Quiet surroundings and in a good location.

10/10 highly recommend and would stay there again. Fully stocked with lots of games and activities for both kids and adults. We experienced both sunny and rainy days, where we were either at the beach or in Michelle's pool, or indoors playing pool or board games. House was very clean and had space for everyone, including our dog. Umina shops were close by, and the beach was walking distance. Michelle's house is beautiful and homey, we felt comfortable and right at home. Thanks for having us!

Our stay was great! Place looks exactly like the pictures online. Tina was a very responsive and helpful host. We loved the pool and position :)

Epic family house. Lots to do and plenty of space. Great having all the bathrooms and the outdoor space is so cool. Shops close by made it easy to really never get in the car. Beach walking distance too!! We had sing alongs around the fire pit and fun in the pool. Great space everywhere. Super private too! Loved it so much.

Jamie’s place was incredible. Walking distance to Avalon beach, and in a quiet / private neighbourhood. The house itself had all of the listed amenities, and plenty of room to spread out. We were very happy with the kitchen amenities, it made it very easy to prep meals!

What a lovely find in a magic spot! House was perfectly located within such close walking distance to the Boathouse, beach and creek. The pool was great for a refreshing dip and the covered deck made relaxing enjoyable both in sunny and rainy weather. We also loved being able to bring our dog!

Great house and location. Perfect for Our return visit to Sydney after living here for years. House is very well equipped and chic. Neighbour quiet at night and fun in day. Only mild issue was lack of blinds in one of the bedrooms, so if you are a light sensitive sleeper bring an eye mask. Otherwise fantastic place and would Book Again.

we loved Brenda's place. a real home from home. lots of towels, very comfy beds, lovely pool and walking distance to cafès and beach. we also really appreciated Brenda's offer of a late check out !

Unfortunately our stay was cut short at Rachel's due to unforseen circumstances, but Rachel was incredibly helpful and very accommodating to our needs – even taking the time to follow up a few days later. Her beach shack is beautifully decorated and comfortable – we were devastated to have to cut our stay short (especially our little one who was in LOVE with the sunroom and the big bath!) Thank you Rachel for understanding our circumstances – we appreciate your efforts.

A beautiful house with some very interesting furnishings throughout and a well-equipped kitchen. Chantal is justifiably proud of it and is keen to ensure that guests enjoy their stay.

This house was gorgeous! Such a great location, 2 amazing dining areas both with fireplaces, was very easy to settle in but very hard to leave. The welcome note, gift voucher and bottle of wine was the perfect touch on a extremely memorable weekend, Very highly recommended, it is on a noisy road though so I recommend choosing a room at the back of the house if your not an early bird

The best Airbnb experience we have ever had. After staying in a hotel in the city it was brilliant to have all this space to relax in. The pool table and games kept us entertained when we were there. A few minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the shops and restaurants. The place was spotless also. Highly highly recommend this property!

I would recommend this place to everyone that wants to feel like a local in Bondi. It’s surround by the best coffee shops, market & restaurants. The place is very inviting with a kitchen that leads into a lovely backyard. Most of our dinners were spent outside. I loved this place & will stay again.

Our stay at this beautiful spacious house in Sydney was unforgettable! The location couldn’t have been better – just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The house itself is modern, cozy, and incredibly well-equipped. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and filled with natural light. Alicia was incredibly friendly and helpful, very early check-in was possible. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our Sydney getaway and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Paul's place was excellent. Situated in a quiet street, although we were there during school holidays, so I don't know what it's like during other times. Within easy walking distance of Ryde Aquatic Centre. Very clean and tidy. 2 bathrooms was very handy. A spacious private backyard. I stayed at Paul's with my 87 year-old mother. Apart from the 2 steps to get to the front door, there were no other steps, so this was excellent. Paul was very quick to respond to any queries I had. A little home away from home. I highly recommend.

Mery’s property was wonderful. It was new, neat and clean. The rooms were open and airy. The kitchen was clean and very well equipped. There was clearly a lot of thought put into the presentation of this property. Mery was great to deal with and very responsive. The property is just a 2 minute walk to the station with a 30 minute train ride into the city. The beds were very comfortable and ceiling fans were great during the evening. Great water pressure in the shower and plenty of ammenities. Thank you Mery for the tea, coffee, milk and treats in the fridge. Really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again

I stayed at Ineka’s with a group of girlfriends and we had the best time. The house itself was beautiful, clean and spacious. The sauna and the mineral pool was so luxurious and the rooms had big comfortable beds with multiple bathrooms . This is a great place to stay with a group of adults. No one had to sleep in bunks or single beds, which is often the case with big groups. Ineka was friendly and quick to respond, and kind enough to give us early check in and late check out. The house is by the water and walking distance to local shops and cafes. We will be back!

My family enjoyed our stay at this right at home beach house. Everything was so well placed with artistic surprises at every corner. The hosts are easy to reach and make you feel right at home with complete privacy. I highly recommend and will likely visit again for a beach getaway!

Amelia was a great host. She was very communicative and helpful. The house is in an awesome location, very walkable to the beach and all the cafes and restaurants which is especially valuable if you aren’t experienced in driving/parking in Bondi/Sydney area. I would recommend her place to anyone looking in the area!

We felt right at home with our dog Misa and we're provided with all things needed for our stay. P.K. was a lovely host who was welcoming and provided recommendations to the local area - we can tell his family are dog lovers after giving our dog a cute new year's gift that she loved (especially the sparkly squeaky bone!) The house itself provided everything we needed - kitchen and nice bathroom and tv with Foxtel. We had our car and had access to beautiful national parks up north and the city was about a 25 minute drive. Thank you P.K. and family!

John was so friendly and helpful from booking throughout our stay. He was always available when we needed him and sorted any problems we had very quickly. He gave us great recommendations about public transport and local coffee shops, beach walks and local attractions. His house and pool were in a great location for us as we were visiting family. John lives in the house and had moved out for our stay, so there were a lot of personal items around his home. The pool was a lovely extra, however it turned out to be hard work! It had to be cleared of debris every day due to the surrounding greenery and while we were told someone would attend the pool at least once a week, we had two visits in 4 weeks only to top up PH decreaser and possibly chlorine? The “donger”/ pool hoover seemed useless and went round in circles most of the time. The pool was grubby by the end of our trip with mould/algae around the steps at the far end and we had no idea how to clean or reverse this. Great holiday!
