We just had a great week as a family at this absolutely beautiful home! Everything is nicely decorated, very well equipped, clean.... the setting and environment are sumptuous, surrounded by nature, peaceful. We will be sure to stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.

We'll be back this summer, for sure! We particularly enjoyed being able to come with our two dogs. The fenced yard around the home was perfect for them! Thanks for everything:) Helene, Thierry and the children

We had a wonderful stay in Jean Claude’s castle. The property was very well equipped including plenty of kitchen utensils, toilet roll and nice fluffy towels. The location is terrific, it’s a short drive from the beach and all the amenities you need for a holiday (bakery, enormous supermarket, etc) and as soon as you come through the gate you feel like you’re in the middle of the (beautiful) countryside: even though there are neighbours you can’t see or hear them. Instead there are just views over the cornfield and cows. The garden too felt private, safe and relaxing. Jean Claude was a friendly, kind, and helpful host. He gave us lots of recommendations when we arrived, and even surprised us by bringing round some extra toys for the kids to play with in the garden. What a great holiday!

This stay was one of my favourites! The place felt like home from the moment I arrived - cosy, welcoming, and surrounded by a beautiful landscape. The farm and all the animals made it extra special, and my dogs had the best time exploring and sniffing around. The hosts were incredibly kind and friendly, making the whole experience even better. I already can't wait to come back again. Highly recommend!

Alexandre is absolutely fantastic: super organized, proactive, and a truly kind and professional host. We had an emergency that forced us to cancel the rest of our stay, and he was utterly understanding and helped us getting the highest refund possible (the main losses we suffered came from airbnb itself - withholding the entire and high service fees). The place itself had very well equipped kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces. All in excellent shape. Our only critical feedback was the (over)pricing, all things considered: The house doesn’t have facilities that justify a 799/night rate (for 4 adults and 7 small children), comparing to alternatives with more in situ facilities (equivalent alternatives had indoor pools, for example). With an adjusted price, it offers a great balance between seclusion and by-car proximity to attractions in cap-Gris-nez / blanc-nez (30-55min, depending on what). Recommended!

We had a great stay! The property has all the comforts and has a great view. Maxime welcomed us and explained everything. We'd like to go back to this location again.

Beautiful stay in the countryside equidistant from Montreuil , Étaples and Samer. Provide a car for errands . There house is very inviting and warm.
