Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in French Riviera

We spent a lovely week at this beautiful apartment. Every little detail was tasteful and artistic, yet it was convenient and comfortable. The neighborhood was secure and quiet, the view of the sea is amazing, also a walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. Vassil was responsive and sent us many recommendations for things to do in Nice and good grocery stores and restaurants. Everything was perfect, we highly recommend it. Thank you Vassil & family.

Maï 's place met our every need during our stay. Everything we thought of that we needed Maï had provided in this compacted but all inclusive apartment. The location was great and it was walkable to many attractions. We had a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend Maï 's place.

Philippe's place was great. Location excellent, just outside the old town. Car parking also excellent, given its all but impossible to find a public space that close -in. Clean, modern, light and bright. Missing a few basics like a tea towel and clothes rack, but that's really here nor there. Unfortunately the shower drain was blocked and despite raising the issue, did not get fixed for the 3 days of our stay, so it was short and sharp showers for us. But otherwise the place was great and we'd recommend it to others.

We loved staying at Dan’s airbnb. It was walkable to all the spots we wanted to visit in Nice and I loved that it was so close to the Garibaldi Square. It was also nice to go to the bakery right next door where we can grab coffee and bread for breakfast. The washer and dryer was a plus for us since we didn’t want to pack too much for our trip. We felt right at home and if anyone wants to stay in Nice, this airbnb would be a great option for anybody. The host was always available to answer my questions and checked up on us if we needed anything during the stay.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Opera Duplex! The location is perfect for exploring Nice, and it was lovely to start each day with a coffee on the beautiful terrace. I will definitely return to this location. Do not hesitate to book if you are visiting Nice!

Very nice house, a little in its juice but well equipped and very nice (high chair, umbrella bed, beach games for children) The estate is very quiet, great vacation!

The pictures in the listing do not do the view from this place justice! We really enjoyed our stay in Cassis, and we are especially so grateful for Nathalie, who offered to pick us up and drop us off at the Cassis train station, as we did not know that taxis and Ubers are hard to get in Cassis. We are so happy we decided to make this a stop in our France vacation, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Peaceful place, with a sublime view of the mountains and sea. A beautiful garden with a pool and barbecue. Beautiful colors in the sky during sunsets. The place is spacious, uncluttered, and very clean. Olga is extremely responsive and very kind. Nothing else to say.

We went on family vacation in Andréa's house over New Year's Eve. The house was big enough for five adults, one child and one toddler, the kitchen super furnished for cooking - everyone was happy. The house is outside of Marseille, but you can easily get into town by bus and have adventurous hiking trails through the Calanques National Park right outside the door. Andréa gave us good advice and we hiked safely with a map.

Beautiful apartment very functional, quiet and very well-equipped with a nice view. The large pool is very nice and easily accessible. A friendly welcome with flexibility on the arrival time. It takes a car to go shopping. Very good value for money!

Excellent home and excellent host

We absolutely love this villa for our family vacation. Saona was really friendly and extremely responsive when we had questions. The house matches the description, we found it really clean and is super relaxing. We loved the pool area, the kids had a lot of fun there and the outside kitchen was super nice for evening bbq. Very functional and pleasant apartment for a studio thought to feel good there. Beautiful views of the Lerins Islands. All the equipment, cooking utensils, household products and toiletries were there for us who were staying for a month and a half. Wendy was always responsive to our requests. We recommend this apartment for a short or Long stay.

Excellent stay at Nadia's apartment who is a very welcoming and generous host. Thank you for the wine which was very good! Very nice apartment, very well equipped and comfortable. Great view of the harbor from the balcony also very nice. Ability to safely leave your bike there. Several very good restaurants nearby without needing to pick up the car. In short, an excellent apartment!

Staying in Clara's apartment gave us a lot of joy. The facility and location of the apartment were perfect for us🌼. The small balcony of Clara's apartment is a gem and became our favorite place. The equipment was completely sufficient for us and everything available to have a relaxing stay. We would love to come back😊.

Very friendly and friendly encounter with Jean-Yves. Communication in writing and in person worked very well. In the fridge, delicacies were waiting for us, so we didn't have to buy anything for the first morning. The apartment is modern and very nicely decorated. We felt very comfortable right away. The large terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea, simply magnificent! The beach, restaurants and bars are on site, you don't need the car. The air conditioning is very quiet, which is ideal for sleeping in the great heat. There are comfortable beds and the rooms offer a good size. We can highly recommend this apartment. I had a fantastic 3-week stay at Renaud’s place. The apartment was clean, with a functional kitchen and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the nearby bus station (for Bus A and Bus 9) made getting around very convenient. Renaud was always prompt and helpful when I had questions—highly recommended!
