this was our 2nd time staying at Jiya's place and we're again very happy with our stay. Our host was on top of messaging us the day of arrival, with crystal clear instructions. The living space was pristine, the kitchen has plenty of utensils (EVERYTHING is well labeled)... and OMG! a chandelier in the bathroom!!! you're only minutes away from Corsicana and less than an hour from Waco... even better yet, we were 10 minutes from my sister's house to go visit her! We look forward to visiting again and hope you have just as good as experience as we did! I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

There aren’t enough positive words to describe this wonderful stay. My partner and I decided to take some time away from the city to celebrate our anniversary and this was the perfect little getaway. Danny is very responsive and attentive and made sure we were comfortable at all times. Out of many, one of our favorite parts was getting to pet the goats, play with the dogs (which accompanied us through the trail), and see the ducks and chickens. The cabin is absolutely wonderfully built with all the amenities you need. We enjoyed playing the outdoor games available and sitting out in the porch. This was truly the perfect stay and we are already wanting to go back. Definitely recommending this place to all our friends and family.

I enjoyed my short stay at the lovely red caboose. The details were well thought out and I found the inside, clean, charming and cozy. I can’t wait to bring the rest of my family out to enjoy this fun place.

Perfect Cozy Getaway! I had an amazing stay at this beautifully furnished cabin! The space was spotless, well-stocked with everything I needed, and had a warm, cozy atmosphere that made it feel like home. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the little details (like extra blankets), board games, and a coffee station made the experience even better. The location was peaceful, has a pond where you can fish. The host was friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth check-in and a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our stay especially the morning on the dock and the setup of the tiny home, the openness and it is very comfortable. Perfect for a couple. We like the chairs and table on the patio and the fact there are two bicycles available to use. We love the dock and the two chairs on the dock, provides a fabulous relaxing view. PP is one of the best locations for a wonderful sunset view. A suggestion is to add a walkway or stepping stones from the patio to the deck so as not to have to walk through wet grass, especially in the morning, as we enjoyed going to sit on the dock in the morning. Not a deal breaker though. Tom was very responsive and took great care of everything for an easy pleasant stay. We shall return.

I stayed at Angel's place for over 2 months. I was working out of town. Angel's ace had everything i needed to be comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful place to come to after working. The on site laundry facilities were a great bonus to my stay. I would definitely recommend Angel's place to for business or pleasure 👍
