Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Fredensborg Municipality

Perfect location near the center of Copenhagen. Best of both worlds - quiet and peaceful apartment, but walking distance to almost anything you can do in the city. The metro is literally one block away (highly recommend you use it, super simple even if you're not from the area). The apartment itself is very clean and the furnishings are high quality. The host (Kasper) was super responsive and helpful. Our flight arrived early, and he didn't hesitate to give us an early check-in. He provided a quick tour of the apartment and was very friendly, along with a complimentary bottle of wine. Price is totally reasonable for the area, wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Kopenhagen is always a good place to be. Everything was fine and the appartment as well as the contact was fantastic!

We recently spent 4 nights in this apartment during our first ever stay in Copenhagen. My husband and I travelled with our 3 children (2yrs-8yrs old). The apartment is a great size with plenty of room to spread out! We loved the high ceilings, big windows and the airy and fresh feel to the apartment. The kitchen was very well equipped allowing us to cook several times during our stay and there were some local shops nearby to stock up on groceries. Some of the bedrooms in the apartment face onto a fairly busy road which meant having to keep windows shut at night to reduce the noise - but once they were shut the apartment overall is very quiet. This did however mean that the smaller bedroom became quite warm overnight with no windows open. The apartment is in a great location within the city. I am a keen runner and there are some beautiful paths along the lakes literally opposite the apartment and our kids loved the park opposite which has 2 fab playgrounds. We would definitely return!

Gitte was proactive and accommodating in all communications. she made a specific commitment to welcome us on arrival and ensured that we had support while she was away. We need to call on this support once and her son dropped everything to attend to our issue. Their Airbnb provided us with a great platform for a lively break, and was perfectly positioned for the Ironman event.

I made so many good memories! I had a lot of questions, but I didn't have any difficulties because they responded kindly. Also, the interior of the accommodation was so beautiful and I felt at home:)

We had an incredible stay at Maiya's. Near commodities, easy check-in and check-out. Equipped with everything we needed and don't, the apartment was clean and the bedding perfect. Yes, light passes trough on the morning, we read about that in others comments but we knew we wouldn't be bothered. Thank you again for your kindness and your arrangement! We may come back!

Great space to rent. Great desk/office and living room space. Fun little patio outside. Comfortable bed. Kitchen with tools, oil, and spices which is always really nice - love having a blender and quality coffee machine. Great communication with host, very polite and flexible and quick to reply. Would rent again and def recommend. GREAT neighborhood with a million cafes and restaurants, lots of grocery stores nearby and near train stop.

This is a really nice place, super convenient for the 3 individual guests that we were. Everything worked. Very fun to arrive in an apartment directly from the elevator. Bathroom is fine and I had no issues with the shower contrary to comments I read prior to our arrival.

We stayed four days at Martin‘s place and absolutely enjoyed our time. The place was super clean, very cozy and equipped with all necessary amenities. :) It was really easy to communicate with Martin and he sent very helpful instructions beforehand explaining well how to reach his place and what to do in the surrounding neighborhood. Two supermarkets are really close by and public transport is easily reachable from his place. We felt right at home and enjoyed our time in Copenhagen. :) Would absolutely recommend Martin‘s place again.

Peter’s apartament it is outstanding ,great view ,spacious and with all you need,few steps away from metro station,very easy to reach all directions and Copenhaga attraction ,very clean…exactly in Carlsberg byen where you can find a lot of restaurants . Peter is a friendly host ,easy to communicate with ,give all the info you need. In “one word” 5 stars a.partament

Beautiful apartment in super location. Close to everything yet very peaceful. Great facilities and extremely clean. Gustav was very helpful and always quick to respond. Will def return.

Feilu is the best host I’ve ever met. She is very friendly and kind. Each time when I asked her questions, her reply is prompt. Besides, the location of the apartment is super convenient, and you can go to the city center easily. Moreover, the view of the accommodation was incredible! Especially at night!! Highly recommended Feilu’s place! If I come back to Copenhagen, I will stay there again definitely!!

My family had a great stay at the apartment. The welcome letter that Tom sent was very detailed and easy to follow, it had all the important information about our stay. As you walk into the living room you are immediately amazed by the view outside. We loved the sizeable terrace even though we couldn't take complete advantage due to the wind. The apartment is furnished very well and all the fittings and appliances were high quality. The nearby area was nice for walking around and had some bakeries and cafes that we visited. Although the bus stop is close to the apartment we didnt use that and mainly used taxis. Tom was very helpful in decorating the apartment prior to our arrival, for my wife's birthday and his mother actually dropped by with a delicious cake. We truly experienced Hygge ! I would highly recommend this place.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Daniel's lovely stylish apartment. Everything seemed perfect. The space with two bedrooms, living room, lavish bathroom (by Danish standards), great kitchen with utensils, well-maintained dishwasher, oven and microwave, and stylish cutlery. Sufficient spotless clean linen. Great music system. We had two family get-togethers & our Danish guests were "wow" about the apartment. The spacious balcony with sit-out where one can bask in the lovely afternoon sun (Barbeque which we didn't use). The place was central to reach anywhere in the city. Easy availability of bikes (3 minutes walk) as well as 3 supermarkets and multiple eating options (including ice-cream). Daniel was a dream host with responses within 2 minutes with workable solutions. Since I have a walking disability an elevator and parking space for an electric scooter was essential-rare in CPH. Heartfelt thanks to Daniel. Felt sad while leaving. We look forward to visiting next summer.

Perfect launching point for a few days exploring Copenhagen. Clean, comfortable, great views and while a little off of the beaten path, totally walkable to all to all of the whings you want to see in the city. Friendly neighborhood vibe and the best coffee shop across the way. Highly recommend.

Fantastic place, a few minutes from both the beach and the metro. An ideal comfy retreat to relax after strolling around in Copenhague. Spacious, well equipped and extremely clean apartment. The host is very responsive and all explanations were perfects. We will hopefully return there if we get a chance !

Karen's house is in a quiet suburb of Copenhagen. It is filled with light, spacious and has some lovely features such as wooden parquet floor. It felt part wellness centre (sauna, rooftop ice plunge, extensive weights gym, large space for yoga) and part home - TV room etc. There is inside and outside space and views over the large garden / pond. Whilst being a modern open space with high ceilings upstairs it retains some original features- old wooden beams high in the ceilings. In terms of location - we required somewhere near the airport, near the royal arena and good links to Malmo, Helsingor and easy access to Copenhagen - it was great for all of these. It also felt a safe neighborhood even at night and despite being near the airport it was a silent house. We were greeted warmly and the cold bottle of white wine was very welcome! We loved staying in this beautiful home. The home is set up perfectly for families. We enjoyed playing in the large backyard and eating outside on the lovely patio. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood while being close to Copenhagen by car or train.

Wonderful home to stay in. All luxuries you could hope for. We were with 6 people and had more than enough space. 30 minutes away from central Copenhagen by public transport. Esben responded quickly and friendly. Description of the house and the instructions were spot on.

We really enjoyed our stay in Gentofte. The house was beautifully appointed. Loved the Scandinavian style and decorations. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The backyard was the perfect place to spend quality time with the family.

We had a great stay in Claus' place! It was conveniently located to Copenhagen airport and downtown, while also feeling quiet and safe. It was interesting seeing the decorations in the home which give style and personality - makes it distinctive vs a typical Airbnb. We cared for his sweet cat, who was also a nice addition to the place. Claus himself was very responsive and communicative throughout. would recommend!

we had a great family stay at Emilie's place, we felt like we were at home! The accommodation is very spacious, equipped and comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful, but very accessible by public transport. We highly recommend it!
