Absolutely the best Airbnb I have had. Pristinely clean, cozy, and affordable. Kroger is right down the road, and as a travel nurse, such a quick drive to IU hospitals. Absolute steal!!

Place was a great stay for being downtown. Host was very helpful and communicative with us on anything and everything. Would definitely come back.

The private parking was fantastic and Samantha gave great instructions on how to get there.

Shannon's place was close to the highway, only 5 miles so it was so convenient for an overnight stay. It's a small space, very nicely decorated and has everything you need. Shannon was very responsive. I'll stay again if I'm ever travelling that way again!

This was a very nice spot in a great part of town...I'm very pleased with how fast I got the place (because I was a little lax in thinking about a place to stay while I was in town. Very clean and well-maintained spot, very close to alot of different places to eat and things to do. Private drive, private entry and in a great area of Bloomington, IN. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Apartment was clean and a great location for an alumni weekend in Bloomington. We were able to walk to our event on campus and back. A/C worked well to keep the upstairs apartment cool during a hot summer weekend.

I loved this space so much. I can’t wait to go back. It was way bigger than the pictures looked, and I enjoyed my stay and wish I’d planned for longer. It made me want my own apartment space within the building. It was great to park in the garage close to the room without the use of elevator, and was easy to locate. I loved loved it. This home is walking distance to multiple bars and restaurants located in the Broad Ripple area. We did not have to drive to dinner and enjoyed being able to walk and get coffee and breakfast in the morning. We were able to easily get downtown by car in about 20 minutes. It was very easy to navigate getting back and forth. Parking options for the stay were easy to navigate and secure. The house was very spacious and clean. Exactly as listed. For our group of 4 adults this was more than enough space.

We had a convention in downtown so our drive was 55 minutes away but honestly, it was so nice and we loved the place so in the end...it was worth the drive. Cutest place and it was very spacious and roomie. Had all the little things that you sometime get stuck buying (like detergent, dish soap, etc) so it was really nice. Me and my daughter had a good time there and enjoyed the warmly decorated place. I'd stay there again if in the area.

Adam’s home was very nice for our 6 adults and 2 babies. It was comfortable and clean. Adam was quick to respond to our questions. It is also an easy walk to Mass Ave shops and restaurants. We had a great time!

We stayed at Joe’s place while visiting friends nearby. It worked out perfectly - size and location wise. The beds are comfortable and the shower is forceful and warm! The house was a bit tricky to find in the dark but if you remember that its on a corner - its easier to spot

My husband and I travel with our rescue dog, and this is always our first choice of a place to stay in Indianapolis! The house is great, the neighborhood is friendly and very walkable, and there are a number of good restaurants nearby. The internet always has a strong signal, the kitchen is very well stocked for cooking and baking, and the furniture is comfortable. We're looking forward to our next visit!

This was our second stay and it was even better than the first. This time it felt like coming home. Beautiful home with a great fenced in back yard for our dogs. We even had a Christmas tree waiting for us when we got there. When we had some questions, response time was less than 10 min. It was great. We will go back next year!

Great location as we were visiting family in Carmel for Christmas. Spacious & clean, met all our needs for 7.

Nicely remodeled house in quiet neighborhood. Pawandeep was very responsive and helpful getting into the house and allowing early check in. We were only there for the weekend but if staying longer note there is only 1 dresser in 1 bedroom, no night stands in bedrooms for setting things on a side table. Also note only 1 bathroom...this is noted in the description but I personally didn't notice that point and assumed there would be a master bath along with the hall bath. Great place for a short trip to Indy, close to downtown and 20 min to all places we were planning for the weekend.

We had a great relaxing time at Sharon’s Cozy Condo! Her hospitality was impeccable down to a T! Every little detail made the weekend even more perfect! We will be back soon!

Great location for our IN Univ visit! The place was clean, welcoming and very comfy! Loved the extra touch of bottled water in the fridge when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in the house over Christmas while visiting family and found it to be comfortable and convenient. The bedrooms each have a bath and are quiet. The kitchen is well stocked. It is possible to cook a meal. The neighborhood is desirable and full of restaurants and shops. Four adults and a non- walking baby fit nicely.

I was Anderson for the week working locally. This space was perfect for me. It’s an older home that has been thoughtfully renovated into multiple apartments for short term rental. The house was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Roku TV and internet were great perks. Thank you!

Deborah’s place was amazing, so cozy for a couple of nights with my mom and I in Broad Ripple. Location was very easily drivable to lots of restaurants and shopping. Deborah was super communicative and it’s clear she puts a lot of thought into furnishing the space to make it comfortable

Dina was an amazing host & this is probably one of our top 3 favorite rentals we've stayed in while traveling! It was incredibly decorated & very well stocked for our stay. Location was also wonderful. We parked for the weekend & walked everywhere. Dina also provided very helpful recommendations for food. I'd give Dina & this unit 10 starts & we'll be back!
