Sherry and David’s place in Pelham was a perfect spot to stay for a nearby family gathering. Nearby trails to Buffam Falls were an extra treat!

We loved staying here- super minimalistic (aka free of unnecessary clutter) but very clean and had everything you could need- perfect location and such a great value also! You can stay in an average(ish) hotel for the same price as staying in this beautiful air bnb! My boyfriend and I were in town for my father’s funeral and Devon’s place made our trip as carefree and nice as it could be, under the circumstances. Highly recommend!

A wonderful 3-night stay at this place. Communication with Andrew was smooth and easy. The place itself was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with great amenities and a comfortable environment. WOW~ what a beautiful and inviting space! Walking into the apartment took our breath away. The decor, ambiance, cleanliness, and attention to detail was truly exceptional~ just like the pictures but even better in person! What a treat to experience the warmth and charm of this upscale and cozy space for the weekend. The love and care poured into every aspect did not go unnoticed. Jacqueline was a phenomenal host, and made everything so easy, from check in, to check out. Not to mention the special treats laid out upon our arrival. And you can’t beat the location, it was just perfect! 5 STARS across the board in all categories!!! This is undoubtedly one of the best spots in town if not thee best!!! Do yourself a favor and check it out!!!

This is a very nice little apartment in the best part of Shelburne Falls, close to shops, the Bridge of Flowers, and pretty much everything in town. You can walk everyplace and while there is reserved parking, you'll never need your car in town. The apartment/space is a nice 1-bedroom studio on the first floor with ample amenities. Although it is very close to train tracks with frequent train traffic, it never bothered us and we would often only notice the train after several minutes. The noise was never intrusive or bothersome. The kitchen is small but has everything we needed. The furniture is nice, the other listed amenities are just as described, and everything was very clean. We felt right at home immediately. Thank you for a terrific stay. When we return to Shelburne Falls, we'll look for your place every time!

A cozy stay for my partner and I to spend a few days relaxing on our winter break. Lots of great food, shopping, and things to do in the area. Deb was very kind, thoughtful, and proactive. I will totally stay here again if I book another appt at Elements Hot Tub Spa. :)

We spent a long weekend at Sweet Water Farm with extended family - what a treat this was! There was plenty of space for us all and the bedrooms were arranged in a way that there was privacy but also great common areas to be together. The house is tucked away at the end of a quiet dead end road. We enjoyed spending time at the house - s'mores by the fire, on-property hiking trails, and beautiful views - but also time out and about exploring the history and beauty of the area. Meals were simple to make for a crowd as the kitchesthad plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc. of all shapes and sizes. I love AirBNBs but sometimes directions can be confusing. We really appreciated the many clear notes around the house explaining house expectations and agreed it was the best we have seen at any AirBNB! Our host was very responsive and accommodating, everything in the home was as described and easy to use/find, and set us up for a wonderful weekend of family memories. Highly recommend!

Ed shares this beautiful home in the welcoming way an old friend would. With excellent communication, recommendations, and always willing to help make our stay more comfortable. Ed was easy to talk to and very easy to get in touch with. The property is beautiful and the home is fun, with many amenities. Everything you need and more to cook is in the large kitchen. I would highly recommend ed’s home for a space to reunite or share with friends or family.

I genuinely don't know what to say other than the fact that this may be one of the greatest places I've had the honor to lodge at. I did a lot of vetting across New England to find a wonderful place that could sleep a decent amount of people, provide a scenic and comfortable escape, and keep us entertained. Sarah's wonderful Stone and Sky Lodge exceeded every expectation I just listed. It's cozy, warm, and feels like a hidden nook! The scenery and nature couldn't be more beautiful. I never got the pleasure to meet Sarah, though I wish I did. Over messages and from what my friends told me, I just know that Sarah is the most hospitable and kind host that I've talked with in a while, and I hope that next time I can thank her personally. From my friends and I, we thank you for sharing your home with us. If you think that the excellent reviews are too good to be true, don't. This IS the truth, and I can't wait to have another reason to come back to this wonderful treasure of a place.

Meredith communicated clearly, and her space was super-convenient to my sports team which was in town for a meet at Look Park (.25 miles away!) Couldn't have asked for a better place. We cooked a full breakfast in the huge kitchen each morning.

We truly enjoyed our weekend at this beautiful home. The house was immaculately clean and wonderfully spacious. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The peaceful neighborhood, the welcoming decor, and all the little touches made it feel like a real home away from home. The space had everything we needed and we'd happily return.

Hannah’s place was great. I went for a girls name with my daughter and niece. Even though it was pretty secluded I still felt safe. I absolutely overpacked. Hannah had anything we could have needed. We went to her little shop and bought a few items. Hannah was a great host. She would check in via message and make sure everything was going good. The beds were cozy, watching the sky go from black to morning while drinking coffee in the living room was so relaxing. It was also great that she had books, the one I thought wasn’t so great and I finished one of hers in a day. Would absolutely recommend and I hope to one day, hopefully in the beautiful spring, to stay there again. Thanks, Hannah!

Nice private location, overlooking the river out back. Plenty of wildlife can easily be spotted by the patient observer. The home was very comfortable inside and out. An abundant variety of music and movies were readily available during our stay. We're looking forward to our next stay for more time in this relaxing location.

We didn’t spend much time in the home as we were in town to visit family for the holidays but the home was just as pictured and Carolyn and Evan were very friendly. The home was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Carolyn was great about letting us know when someone was over to check on the furnace or to remind us to take care as there was freezing rain and the walkways were slick. But she and Evan were also over early in the mornings laying down salt to make the walkways less icy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a clean comfortable home with friendly, responsive hosts. I am from the area and the location is very central to other small towns as well as walkable to coffee shops and the downtown area. She even put up a Christmas tree for the holidays!

This is that one-of-a-kind place. Nestled in the woods, unusually designed and arranged house that makes for a unique experience. Plus, Joseph is a most interesting and engaging host. We're so glad we found it.

Eric was very hospitable and responsive. The description matched the place. Many restaurants and things to do in the area. Provided coffee and light breakfast. He also signed a copy of his book for me. I would stay again!

Superhost ! Was so accommodating to get us in last minute since our other Airbnb didn’t work out. He was so responsive and helpful with the snow storm as well ! We were so glad to have found this gem and have such a gracious host. The location is perfect and walkable to all the restaurants and markets. Also 15 mins away from Berkshire East ! This was a great find and we are thankful for it !

Had an amazing stay! The location couldn't be better for skiing at Berkshire East—it’s literally just across the parking lot, which made it so easy to get on and off the slopes. The house itself was super warm and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain. The kitchen was well-equipped, so we were able to cook up some great meals without any issues. Definitely planning to stay here again next time we're skiing at Berkshire East! Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of staying at the place owned by Gladys, and it was an unforgettable experience. When I arrived late at night, Gladys came to ensure my comfort and make me feel welcome. She greeted me warmly and even provided a snack, which was a thoughtful touch after a long journey. I was staying at Gladys's place because of my research internship at UMass, and her hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. She genuinely cared about my comfort and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. One of the most memorable gestures was when she brought a Christmas tree to the apartment, adding a festive and cozy touch to the space. The apartment itself was exactly as described. Everything including the kitchen was clean, cozy, well-equipped, and well-maintained. What truly set this accommodation apart was the personal touch that Gladys brought to the experience. Her warmth and hospitality made me feel like more than just a guest; I felt like a valued friend.
