This Airbnb exceeded all expectations, offering everything we could possibly need and more. The space was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and stocked with thoughtful touches that made our stay incredibly comfortable. The location was absolutely stunning, nestled in a peaceful and scenic area that provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation. From the cozy amenities to the host's exceptional attention to detail, this place truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

There are not enough words in the English language to describe just how BEAUTIFUL this home is. The interior design took my breath away, this home was crafted with so much love and intention. The location is perfect for a quiet weekend, it’s peaceful and really allows for you to be in touch with nature. The hot tub was such a nice amenity that allowed for gorgeous nights star gazing. We will absolutely be returning in the summertime. In my 7 years of regularly staying in AirBnBs I can confidently say this is my favorite home. THANK YOU!!

What a wonderful weekend stay! We arrived to the house with it fully prepped for us - heat already on (it was a cold weekend), bathroom set up, towels present, etc. We felt immediately comfortable. It was about a ~15-20 minute drive to any restaurant/main area. The outdoor hot tub was definitely the highlight (also set up for us prior). Watching the snow fall while comfortably sitting in the hot water/jets was fantastic. Kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, oil, spices, etc. - everything helpful for home cooking. Alexa was friendly, responsive, and flexible with us. It’s clear she’s experienced with hosting and making our stay a seamless experience. I could not recommend her home more (and would definitely go back in the fall for some quality beach time!).

The cottage was cozy and peaceful, perfect for a winter weekend getaway! There was about 3 to 4 feet of snow on the ground but the stove kept the cottage nice and warm. The area was beautiful and we had a great time! We highly recommend staying here if you're visiting northern Vermont!

This place is perfect! The house is so cute and cozy we didn’t want to leave. The hosts left a hand written card and a bottle of wine for us when we arrived, which was so thoughtful. Beautiful views and tons of privacy. Would highly recommend this stay to anyone!

Great location and cozy home with great ambiance, decor, and all of the necessities. The spiral staircase and upstairs rooms felt much smaller in person but no major issues! If you're bringing dog(s) that may have noise sensitivity like ours sometimes do - note that the walls to nextdoor Airbnb are quite thin. The dogs also had difficulty on the stairs - one learned to go up and down by training and the other one had to be carried up and down 😂 Hosts were great!

This was the perfect spot for our trip up to NH, and little did I know it would turn into our engagement trip! Susan was incredibly helpful, providing clear instructions and responding to questions promptly. We’ll definitely be back! The yard was secure and ideal for our 7-month-old puppy to play in. We also enjoyed taking walks around the area! Susan went above and beyond by leaving a bottle of wine in the fridge, turning on the lights for us, and ensuring the cabin was spotless. It was truly the perfect place for our stay!

This house was absolutely perfect for our visit to see family. We will definitely be staying here again! The house was spacious and perfect for having the grandparents over for dinner with enough space for everyone. It was perfectly centrally located for us and our families who live in Sunapee. Caitlin was beyond helpful when I lost the email with the house code and responded right away! Highly recommend this beautiful home!

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at the cottage. My boys loved sledding on the hill off the front porch the most. We wished it was warmer while we were there to be able to enjoy the property more and try the snowshoes Amy was graciously willing to lend us. This is a great place to stay as a family with plenty of things to do within an hour radius. Thanks Amy!

What a wonderful stay we had at Burke Mountain! Our son was racing there so we made a family weekend of it. Terrilyn was super communicative and provided clear instructions from booking through checkout. The cottage was exactly as described and perfect for my husband, myself and our three children and our dog. The place was very well maintained and clean for a rental that allows pets, complete with cleaning pads for pups paws and towels for drying after being outside. It was so nice to not have a TV and instead sit by the fire, listening to music while our boys really enjoyed playing with the legos there as part of the games/entertainment. We loved being so close to the mountain. It was the perfect weekend stay for our introduction to Burke—we will be back!

This was a great get away. Right on the lake with the convenience of using their kayaks, row boat, and peddleboat. Also had an array of life jackets for everyone to be safe. Scenery is beautiful, location is peaceful! We read, kayaked, played pinpong in their basement, sat around the firepit and listened to nature! The house is exactly how you see it in the pics, plus better! The home is spotless and has everything you need! Host Heidi is very responsive! They even have many board games and puzzles to play. The cottage was so beautiful, clean and cozy. Tom and Rosemarie gave us tips on places to go to try to see moose and avoid the crowds near the touristic places. Kitchen was fully equipped and everything worked just as expected. I just wish we had come in a hotter day so we could use the kayak and paddles on the lake! Will definitely come back!

Alfa and Eric were great hosts. the cottage was adorable and lots to keep us busy even on our rainy night. We are looking forward to booking another ling weekend in warmer weather to enjoy the beautiful lake a bit more. Thank you so much for sharing your cottage with us.

Dianne’s place was just right for my small family of three! The place was clean and well kept and had all the amenities one could need and even more than we expected. There was some construction going on at the house next door, which was a bit disappointing, but just a reminder that the house is in a community and not to expect complete silence at all times. Dianne was very responsive and kind, and all in all we had a very lovely time.

Quaint little cottage. Perfect for a weekend in Wolfeboro. Enough room to sleep and unwind, close enough to walk and enjoy the sights and town.

We rented one of the cabins at Lakehurst Cottages for a week in August. We were nervous because we were bringing up our boat and had a bad experience at another lake last year. Jim and Janet were so reassuring as to where we could keep the trailer and the location of a convenient boat launch. It all worked out great! Our cottage was a delightful 1 bedroom with sliders all around. There was everything we needed to cook meals. They have a fire pit with wood if you want to make a fire, or chairs to sit in by the water. Downtown Alton Bay was 4 miles away and we enjoyed walking around during an annual festival and craft fair. The town docks are plentiful and convenient if you have a boat. There is so much to do at Lake Winnipesauke and this cabin was in such a great location with great hosts - and guests!

Marina’s little cottage is a gem which we highly recommend. It is situated high above the peaceful and quaint lake providing interesting views. The sunrise while sitting on the dock was a favorite. A great place to get some reading done without everyday distractions. Everything was clean, neat and organized! The new kitchen was a treat! For a small place it is very spacious inside, beds and sitting areas comfy and everything one needs for a pleasant stay. Marina gets an A+ for communication. We may be back next year and will recommend it to friends and family. Please don’t hesitate to book this place for a relaxing getaway.
