It is a lovely and warm home. The apartment has everything and even more than enough to enjoy your stay. The location of the building is surrounded by bars, cafes, restaurants, clubs and only couple of blocks away from the beach. The building has a beautiful terrace that has relaxing heated pool and two hot tubs, and a gym. Plus on the 5th floor, where the condo is located, there is a half olympic swimming pool and TV area.

We enjoyed our stay at Sergio's home. It is well equipped for a comfortable long term stay. The area is very peaceful. You are near the Malecon and it is walkable to many wonderful restaurants, attractions and art galleries. Sergio is a very kind host and is helpful with any concerns. The view from the balcony is spectacular. I would definitely return.

Jorge allowed us to check in early which was HUGE! Claudia met us at check in, was fantastic and explained and showed me everything in person. Location is great. An easy walk to beach and all of romatica. Elevator in the building for easy access to this suite. The only issue with the location was that we couldn't get an uber driver to pick us up from outside the building. We had to walk to the highway (with our luggage). The neighbors staying in the other casas were SO FRIENDLY and even invited us to their happy hours! You can tell they are tight like family. The suite was perfect for us (2 peeps) for 4 nights after our wedding week in Mismaloya. It was nice to recharge and enjoy the view from the patio. Kitchen was well stocked! 10% Discount at Andales! Laundry facility! BONUS! My only complaint was the lack of water pressure in the shower and bathroom tap :( Also, the wifi didn't work inside the room so I used my laptop on the deck in the mornings. We will be back! Thank you!

Nazryn’s place was terrific. Nestled amongst a group of similar homes on a jungle hillside, there was an amazing ocean and sunset views and lots of birds. Note that the walk to the beach is steep and 15 minutes but Ubers and cabs are affordable to get around. Would definitely recommend staying there!!

Oscar was waiting for us when we arrived to show us around his place. We stayed for almost a month and after our first night we felt like it was our home away from home. We were provided with wifi, a nice tv on the main level to watch the streaming services, kitchen utensils to cook with. Upstairs is the bedroom with a great view for morning coffees and to watch the whales. There is an air conditioner in the bedroom, we used it sparingly as the nights cooled off enough for us. His location is perfect. We went back and forth each day across the highway , which has lights to cross safely, about three times a day - we would have morning coffee at Ninos, beach in the afternoon and then suppers in or out. There are places in Bucerias to buy fresh produce and meat for eating in. Oscar provided water refills and responded quickly to our messages. We took a bus trip to La Peñita one day and the Pacifico bus stop was very close and easy to get to. A very pleasant stay with a great host!

This was a beautiful condo with fantastic amenities. We loved the views and calm on the rooftop adult pool, the gym was incredible. Watching sunrises from our balcony was a highlight but I could have done without 5am wake-up calls from the neighbouring rooster (oh well, it’s Mexico!). Walks to La Cruz and Bucerias took about 25 minutes and we usually cabbed back because we were carrying groceries or it was dark.
