The place was as described, clean, quiet and comfortable. Walking distance to shops & restaurants. Nice location. Host provided thoughtful items like: coffee, shampoo, body wash, dish detergent, laundry soap and dryer sheets! Overall enjoyed our stay.

Great house, views were incredible, plenty of space for my 6 adults in the group. location was great, easy to find and roads were wide and cleared of snow. would recommend to others.

I had a lovely stay at Nancy's. it was a great place to spend a few very cold nights in Colorado. It looks like it would be even better in the summer when one could enjoy the creek, the two decks, and the grill! Nancy's place looks exactly like the photos. It's very colorfully decorated with some nice extra touches and lots of neat things to look at. Nancy, who is very friendly and helpful, was great at communicating starting before I arrived. I would stay here again without question and I definitely recommend this place to other travelers. Thanks for everything Nancy!!

I was the perfect house for my family. Great location. Close to a lot of stores and less than 2 hour from main parks. I will definitely come back

Bettys place is excellent if you want to enjoy everything that downtown Golden has to offer...you never have to get in a car...being right by the river and able to access all the walking trails was wonderful...very charming apartment...and Betty was great at communicating...very quite...no issues at all...

Beautiful scenery and quiet. They had just received about 6" of snow which made it even more beautiful. Views were great and it was serene. The unit was awesome and very cozy. Not too far from restaurants or other things to do in Castle Rock or the surrounding area.

This place was so amazing, beautiful and peaceful. I can spend all day describing how much I loved staying there. So much space , and things to do in the house. Well maintained, detailed!!!!! I am so happy that I picked the right place first time visiting Colorado. Me, my family and friends had a blast. The hosts were responsive and helpful at any times I needed help or had questions. The views inside and outside of the house were beautiful to watch. We felt right at home and will definitely come back. Thank you!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Nick's place. He was very helpful and responsive and the place was clean and comfortable. I lost my driver's license, so I couldn't get a rental car but we ended up just exploring the area on foot and uber and enjoyed our trip. There's a lot to do, within blocks, and Nick gave good recommendations. We also found a Super Target within walking distance. The local park had a cool playground!

This magnificent house was a treasure to find for our family gathering in Colorado. The amenities included were astounding from a fully packed kitchen with everything you could need for cooking right down to napkins and paper towels. The bedrooms were beautifully furnished and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of clean bathrooms for all to use which were loaded with soaps and shampoos. Our family really enjoyed using the game room and gathering around the dining room table for dinners. We enjoyed the beautiful views while lounging in the hot tub after our workouts in the gym. It was very easy to get to and near lots of restaurants and stores. It is nicely situated to reach many points of interest in Colorado with a short 30 minute drive. Snow was removed promptly from the property after a storm. Loved access to a garage. We really enjoyed our stay here and would come back for sure! Owners are quickly responsive to any questions that were sent.

Had a great stay here for the weekend. Listing is just as described, if not better in person! Justin & Megan were extremely accommodating, and even let us check in early since our flight arrived sooner. The neighborhood is beautiful, walkable, and close to several attractions. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Denver!
