Jim is a thoughtful and kind host. His place is super cozy, comfortable and clean. He makes you feel welcome and is available if you have any questions. The location is great.

This place was a gem! We all slept so soundly and even reached out afterwards to find out the brand of mattresses. Everything was spotless, and it offered everything we needed and more! Greatly appreciated the keurig coffee maker, complimentary snacks and wine. Very easy to get in and settled. We couldn’t have been happier. Thank you!

I booked this Air BNB for my girlfriend's birthday weekend and my surprise proposal! Ashlee was very responsive, super helpful, just an overall great host! She went out of her way to decorate the master bedroom for me with rose petals, tea lights, champagne and all! There were snacks in the kitchen, the place was clean and tidy, our group really felt at home! The vibes were everything, and so were the VIEWS from the rooftop!!!! Thank you Ashlee!!

Innesa’s place was everything as described. It was very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable from the moment we walked in. We had everything we needed to stay here, the toothbrushes and toothpaste placed with the towels for each room was a very nice touch and showed, as a host, she cared about her guests stay. We are smokers and appreciated having a place like this to stay. For non-smokers, there wasn’t any lingering stale smoke smell, the place smelled crisp and clean. We love this location on the south end of the loop because it is easy to visit family and very easy to get to anything downtown. We would recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Chicago.

The home was very spacious and felt we immediately felt right at home. Everything that we would need readily available and stocked - from the kitchen to the bathroom. The place was also incredibly clean and well maintained. The location itself was easily accessible and of close proximity to Downtown Chicago and Downtown Oak Park, which we visited frequently. Rameez was an incredible host - making sure we had no issues when checking in or lack of supplies like toiletries. He went above and beyond by also providing us recommendations of things to do and restaurants to try. Overall, a beautiful, spacious and modern home. Great appliances and well maintained. No issues at all! Would definitely stay here again!

The house was very spacious for our family of 6. We loved the location, view, and short drive to everything we wanted to do.

Staying at Kim’s was fantastic! This house is beautiful and was the cleanest place I have stayed. There are plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance and so many just a short drive away. I could tell a lot of time and thought was put into this house. Everything I needed was already available and even things I didn’t think about which was very nice. She was very timely with all of her responses and helped me with any questions I had. I cannot recommend Kim’s house enough! I look forward to hopefully staying here again on future trips to Chicago.

We enjoyed our stay with our kids and family at this spacious home. Everything was as described and the pool/hot tub was a hit. we walked to town for food/groceries/dessert so it was a great deal. the local park was also a nice plus for the little ones. overall, fantastic stay. Would only mention, there are lots of stairs in case you have very little kids or elder people, we did fine but that is something to consider. great place, great host.

I will definitely be rebooking, it was an easy commute from the station. Saurin was clear in communication, open to any schedule changes I may have had, and extremely flexible overall. The place was lovely, well-furnished, and extremely homey and I’d definitely rebook.

Overall very nice place for the price. Only disappointment was I got to the location listed on the air bnb listing and the actual location was 3 to 4 blocks away which I was a bit upset with. It is closer to the Chicago station on the redline than it is to the river where the listing states. Host was very responsive and allowed me to check out late to avoid waiting around at the airport for a long time.

I feel lucky to stay at this place during my 2 month visit to Chicago. Barbara and James were amazing hosts, always caring and making sure their guests feel at home. They were also super helpful about everything a first-time traveller needed to know, from weather to transportation, food to community events. The apartment itself was cozy and lively, way beyond what it seemed on the photos! A variety of apparatus made a seamless transition to life in Chicago. Meanwhile, a Walgreens was within 15 mins walk. A Trader Joe’s and a Target within walking distance. The neighborhood is peaceful and diverse. Nearby, there were top restaurants of Mexican, Peruvian, Vietnamese, Indian, Middle Eastern, Greek, Haiti cuisines, just to name a few. Public transit was extremely convenient to either downtown Chicago or Evanston. Despite the possibilities to adventure, living expenses were easy manageable. Because of Barbara and James, I had an unforgettable and amazing journey at Chicago.

Very nice condominium in a great location. We were attending a trade show at McCormick Place and it was about 10 minutes drive. Plenty of room, well equipped and very comfortable. The massage chair was a nice bonus at the end of a long day! Lisa is very friendly, helpful and always available to help with requests or information. Highly recommended!

Wonderful space, if you're to go out on Brady and or water/3rd street... lots of bars and restaurants in both areas, you'll be pleasantly surprised with how walkable it is to both areas. Amazingly secure, key fob to get into the lobby, standard key to use the elevator and then the actually unit also locks aswell. Don't have much to say other than there's plenty of space for 6 people, great balcony with walls on either side and a roof, tub with jet, and a nice projector down the spiral staircase. I hope you get to enjoy your space as much as I did.

This has to be the best AirBnB we have stayed at. The apartment was like home from home, super clean and exceeded our expectations. The location of the apartment is a short walk from the L, has everything you need within a 5 minute walk and is in a great neighbourhood. John, the host, is outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble and he gives some great recommendations of local restaurants/ activities. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are in Chicago - we are sure to be back!

I stayed at Saurin’s place to attend a friend’s wedding in Chicago. When I arrived at the Airbnb, I was surprised by how beautiful, stylish, and spacious it looked- even better than the listing photos. The living and dining room area are the highlights. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I had no trouble falling asleep. I would advise bringing a sleep mask to block out the sunlight in the morning. Saurin was very warm and communicative- overall an amazing stay and I would definitely rebook a room for my next trip to Chicago!
