The house is totally up to the description. The layout and interior services have been neat, the kitchen is very well provided for real kitchen, qualitative bedding and the clean spa/sport area! Nothing to say. The environment well oriented for the sun, not overlooked, is peaceful. To get around the car is required. Marion was always available and responsive to our requests. You can book without a second thought 👍

Our family had a very peaceful and relaxing time at Sylvie’s house. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, garden, pool and seating areas. We knew it was a recently modernised/refurbished and everything felt new and with a well planned layout. The owners were very welcoming and accommodating, even though our language skills leave a lot to be desired, Sylvie and her partner spoke more than enough English to answer all the questions about the house Most importantly the beds were very comfortable and sleeping after a day of cycling around the island helped the recovery. We have been to Ile de Re many times and really enjoy the location, quiet yet enough shops and restaurants close by to fulfill our needs. Already looking at dates for this property for next year.

A dream come true! Surrounded by a large lot, the house is spacious and well appointed. We felt right at home. The pool was very appreciated by young and old. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. Fiber internet connection that has enabled efficient remote work with others.

- Owner Kate is very responsive - I rented all the houses for a week with a group of friends (adults, young adults and teenagers). - Perfect hybrid configuration for all guests with an environment that can allow each or different groups to live at their own pace or to do phases of all together (meal, convivial moment, sports activities, barbecue, etc.) - Very clean and well equipped accommodations - Very nice swimming pool and solarium - Excellent welcome and availability from Rachel during the stay Would recommend Note the need to have a car to be self-sufficient. No shops within walking distance close to the rental.

Great one week stay. Linda was a very responsive and flexible hostess in particular in the check-in schedule. She is very welcoming . As for the apartment, it is very cozy. Beautifully decorated(with a festive look for the end of the year) and well-equipped. It perfectly matches the info and photos. This is the second time we've been there but I hadn't left a review the first time.

We had a lovely stay at Brigitte’s place. The apartment was great - very clean and well-equipped. The bikes and pool were an added bonus. La Flotte is a lovely village and the beautiful port area is only a few minutes walk away. Highly recommend.

Small apartment in a good location, quiet. Allows you to walk around La Rochelle. There is nothing missing in the apartment. Friendly and very responsive hostess if needed.

Listing as described, close to the sea and city center. You can get everywhere on foot. quiet residence. Christophe is a pleasant, responsive and accommodating host. Recommended

Débora welcomed us extremely well in her small studio. It is a pied à terre ideally located on the seafront, close to shops and the beach. It's small but it has everything you need for a night, and what about the view! We'll be happy to go back!

A beautiful stay, in a house where it's good to live with the family. We lived quietly and were able to take advantage of the pool with the kids. I highly recommend it!! Thank you again for hosting and sharing the vegetables in the gardens. See you very soon

ideally located, the accommodation is convenient / functional, slightly far from the city center ( 400/500m) which allows you to enjoy everything on foot and by bike. " master " outbuilding is a real plus. the railway right behind the house is surprisingly not at all. We will regret the cleanliness of the accommodation on arrival as well as the garbage cans of previous occupants due to the off-season collection that takes place during the week . if we had to find a defect, maybe the lack of high / low noise insulation in the house .

A beautiful house with everything you could possibly need, the champagne on arrival was very kind indeed, thank you Christine. We all had a super time especially our two year old grandson who loved being in the swimming pool with the family. Would highly recommend this house to other families.
