Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Fountain County

We had five for a Purdue mom's weekend and Sharon's home was perfect for our needs! She was quick and friendly with a response for any questions we had. The kitchen was our favorite spot, large with lots of windows and everything you need for making meals if you want to cook in. The screened in porch was a nice extra and we enjoyed it on a sunny day. Overall, very clean, plenty of towels and all the little extras you would need for a stay-especially if coming from out of state! (Paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, spices, coffee pods etc) The bathrooms are clean and the beds are comfortable and have plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Would definitely go back if our sons weren't graduating!

Great and amazing property!! We loved all of the amazing things to do outside! It was very convenient that it was only 4 minutes away!

Great space, very large with various seating/gathering areas. Lots of extra blankets and space heaters- which was awesome since we were visiting during an extreme cold snap! The one BR and half bath is in separate area from the others which could be nice as it offers almost an in law feel. Literally walking distance to Purdue campus, 20 mins to Ross-Ade or Mackey. Would def stay again!

Erin was absolutely amazing to deal with. Was clear and friendly in her communications with us, and always responded promptly. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control we were not able to stay at Erin's place. It will be our go-to place next time we need somewhere to stay in West Lafayette.

Wonderful Airbnb! Well stocked with everything we needed and well set up for a family traveling with a toddler.

Great location that’s close to campus! Our family and pups loved the house. A little snafu with the lock on the front door checking in but overall a great stay! Highly recommend.

We stayed here with our two dogs while our house was being painted. The house was exactly as described and exactly what we needed, a quiet, no hassle place to take our dogs until the work was done. The big fenced-in yard was a big win for us. Plenty of room for fetch. I don't think we even saw a neighbor while we were there. Very quiet. Check-in was as simple as it gets. We appreciate the landing pad while our house was painted. Thank you!

Kathy’s place was perfect for our stay while we were in town for a wedding. It felt and smelled very clean! Check in and check out were very easy!!! We would stay here again!

We really felt at home for our 3 week stay as we transitioned from our own home. I would absolutely recommend this BnB to anyone who is looking for a warm and cozy small town getaway. Away from the craziness of the city.

We had a great stay in Dana. Kevin’s house is beautiful, with a private access to the apartment above his garage. It is quite secluded but easy to find. We showed up after dark but Kevin had lights lining the driveway for us to see our way. The front of the house was roaming with deer when we arrived. The apartment was very spacious and nicely decorated with a comfy couch and chair in the living area and antique bedroom furniture in the bedroom. The place was very clean, to the point of spotless. The bath towels were fluffy and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided. During our stay we went to Parke county to see covered bridges throughout the day, visited the old mill in Bridgeton, ate at Benjamin’s in Rockville, and watched a movie at the old time movie theater The Ritz. I enjoyed my time in the area and would love to return during the bridge festival one day.

This cottage on Lake Holiday was perfect for a quick visit while in town for a family event!

This is one of my favorite AirBnB. Pro: proximity to Turkey Run state park. Trails and bridge are walking distance. Dishwasher and washer/dryer with small bedroom with door. Loved updated and modern feel. Felt like home away from home. Have awareness: does have proximity to other cabins on property where cabin is not secluded and have other cabins in direct line of sight and property is close to a road that had decent traffic at a higher speed

My stay was very comfortable on this beautiful property- peaceful, private and immersed in nature, while also in close proximity to local stores and state parks. The hosts were very kind, responsive and accommodating. I would definitely return again.

Great little cabin in the woods by the lake. Felt cozy just as it should, will be back.

We use airbnb multiples/year and this place is easily one of the top 5 places we have lived in. The house is beautiful and even better than the photos. Very clean and plenty of amenities. We had kids in our group and they loved the basement and the outdoor places. The lake is dry this time of the year but our kids loved exploring along the lakebed. Jared was very communicative with lots of easy to follow instructions. Very family friendly home. Lots of kid friendly amenities including non breakable dishes and utensils. It was also nice to be in a space where the owners weren't skimping on the toiletries and linens which just added that extra touch of hospitality. We highly recommend this place and its an amazing price. We hope we can rent it again next year.
