The place is wonderful, the cabin is incredible, it's like living outside of civilization. They provide you with firewood. The lake is super wooow, unfortunately we couldn't stay more than 15 minutes in the boat because it's old and the water got in, for safety reasons we had to return to land. Everything else is incredible, the place, the safari, the location. I would go back again but this time I would be able to use the boat without any problems.

My husband and I along with our cat came to town for Thanksgiving, the house was perfect for hosting Thanksgiving Dinner and having family members come to us as it was a central location. Connie was so accommodating, friendly and helpful that made our stay easy and fun. Will definitely stay here again when we come to Texarkana to see family and friends!

While we only had one night to stay over this time, Magnolia Farmhouse has definitely made the list of places we plan to revisit when we have more time to explore the area. The home was comfortable, clean, and cozy. The host was responsive and friendly. We would recommend to anyone looking in the area.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Barby was quick to respond and the home was absolutely beautiful and included everything you could possibly need to cook in the kitchen. We loved that there was a piano and the kids loved and enjoyed the toys in the one closet. The home had beautiful decorations and it made us feel right at home! Thanks so much for an awesome stay Barby!

The house was neat and clean with plenty of room. There were many amenities offered that are not found at other places- bottled water, toothbrushes with toothpaste, and so forth that Yesenia made available. The outside was gorgeous and peaceful with room to roam the pines and countryside. The shaded volleyball sand court was a hit with my wife and daughter. We loved the burn pits and outdoor lights- it was all so festive and welcoming.

As traveling tournament bass fishing anglers, we are always looking for clean, comfortable and well appointed accommodations that will also easily allow us to park four to six trucks with boat trailers. Wendy’s “barndominium” fit the bill perfectly! The heated and cooled living quarters were comfortable, clean and fully accommodated our needs. In the large garage potion of the house, the pool table, foosball table and corn hole set kept us busy in the evenings. There is even a nice TV lounge area in the garage! The pool and pool area are also very nice. And of course, there was plenty of parking. If we ever travel back to Texarkana, this AirBnB would be at the top of our list and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling with four or more people. Robert J.

Such a cute and peaceful place, the pictures don’t do the place justice, was much bigger than we thought and we loved the scenery. Favorite thing to do was drink our coffee on the front porch in the morning. Will definitely be using this place for future visits.

We stayed here with our two boys, 18/15 and loved the quiet and peaceful location. The cabin was very cute, clutter free and very clean. The rental came with 4 kayaks which we enjoyed and had a boat ramp for our flat-bottomed boat. We loved the seclusion of the cabin and you could spend hours kayaking around the Caddo cove area. Our host was very kind and quick to respond. The cabin had everything we needed. We definitely recommend this cabin rental and would love to come back when everything is in bloom. If you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway-this is a great one!
