Vacation rentals with a patio in Foster

Great apartment in a good location, lots of trams available to take you around to different parts of Melbourne. Very well maintained and with great appliances. Only issue we had was with the lock box being a bit fiddly, but other than that we would recommend!

Seamless experience from start to finish. Magda was easy to communicate with and very responsive prior to check in, during the stay when I had a query, and when it was time to check out. Key collection was extremely easy and the apartment was immaculate when I arrived. Overall this apartment was ideal for my needs and exactly as advertised; a great place for one or two people. We loved staying at Victoria's place. The location was close to Sandringham Yacht Club for our event. it is also a beautiful outlook to the courtyard.

Rod and Rebecca are amazing hosts! The apartment was absolutely perfect as we came to Melbourne for the Formula 1 Grand Prix. Close to trams, restaurants and shops. We had the best 5 days! Thank you again so much.

Michelle's place was in the perfect location. We stayed there for a week and had no trouble walking anywhere for anything we needed. It was great to duck over to the shops, go out for a night to a bar or even to go to the gym. The beds were comfortable, had plenty of amenities, including a dryer in the garage which came in hady. Furthermore, it had good parking for our trucks which is not easy to find in an airbnb. Would love to stay here again

Excellent location and perfect for our stay. Clean and tidy and everything needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Great appliances, good quality linen. Matt although not needed during our stay, was great at communicating before and after our stay. Highly recommend this house.

We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

Great place to stay. Felt right at home.

We had 3 nights here and enjoyed our stay. It was in a good part of the island, easy accessible. Large home with everything you would need. Amazing water pressure and a comfy firm bed. This would be great for a family as it has a large outdoor area. We were able to get in early and leave a little later which was so convenient.

Holly was a very good host with clear and proactive communication. The home has a “homely” neighbourhood feel to it rather a stark impersonal place to stay.

Sid was an awesome host and worked with us, he is polite and responsive as we had to extend our stay and Sid has worked with us to make our extend stay so much easier.

thank you for allowing us to stay on your property. having been passed hosts ourself we understand the time and effort that goes into maintaining a properly like this. thank you for sharing that with us

The apartment is amazing, it’s right in the heart of Melbourne so you can get around by walking but if you’re not a walker then there is multitude tram stops nearby. Also Matt is a wonderful host who was very helpful and responsive. For anyone coming to Melbourne I would recommend staying here

Staying at David’s place was a great experience. The train station is right outside and tram stop close by. The host has thought of all the necessities and the outdoor area was fantastic. A perfect location for day trips into the city. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Karen's place! it was compact, comfy and had everything we needed. Superb location, just around the corner from shops and cafes, short drive to the beaches (glorious sunsets), and a great place to launch out further afield. We enjoyed a Phillip Island Cruise, and the Peninsula Hot Springs. Karen was a warm and very responsive host, answering a few queries beforehand quickly and checking in that we'd arrived okay. Great place to stay, area itself felt safe and quiet. We loved the swimming pool too! Kid friendly and lots of things to do around the area. Highly recommended and will stay again.

Wonderful stay! Very clean apartment with an awesome night view. The bed linens are nice and comfy—I sometimes get itchy when staying at other Airbnbs, but I had no such issues here. Highly recommend!

Susan was a lovely host. We were caught in a pickle when our original Airbnb cancelled last minute but Susan was incredibly responsive and even closed the booking dates for us so we could wait to hear back from Airbnb support to ensure they weren’t booked by someone else. The location is amazing and the amenities are great. Susan went above and beyond and thanks to her we were able to enjoy an amazing trip. I would recommend this stay to anyone!
