Vacation rentals with breakfast in Forte dei Marmi

It was a perfect place to stay with my family. I especially liked the kitchen. we made Italian pasta for ourselves in here and there were all the things ready we need to cook. And the parking spot was perfect.

Great stay with family of 4, lovely big space in rooms and kitchen area, comfy beds, breakfast, air con in both bedrooms, everything we needed for our one night stop over in Pisa. 20 minute walk to the tower and restaurants (although some closer too) and only 5 minutes from train station, a perfect location when travelling without a car

Extremely new, clean and fragrant house. Perfect location for forgetting your car and walking or cycling. Laura is a wonderful host, super kind and helpful.

The place was perfect and beautiful. Euphemia and her husband are always very helpful. Definitely recommend and, if you return to the area, it will surely be the first choice ever.

Great place to stay at the top of a hill in a picturesque place. The house with property was ideal for us, a little dark inside. Plenty of space and great was also the washing machine and wood pellet stove for fresh evenings. From here an hour to the Cinque Terre and a half hour to the outlet. For small issues, we immediately got help.

Alessio’s apartment was perfect for our trip. It’s located within the older city area on a hill so not suitable to walk further than this area, but very easy to find parking around and I liked that it was tucked back. The windows and deck open out to a natural area that was beautiful and quiet. Alessio was always great at responding to my questions and was a pleasure to communicate with. I would love to stay here again in the future.

One of the my best AirBnb experiences so far! A very very nice apartment in a cozy Italian village - just what my girlfriend and I were looking for. Also great host who prepared us some breakfast and cake prior to our stay. Couldn’t be happier!

How to be at home ! Impeccable experience. In view of the next Lucca Comics, it will definitely be our fixed destination!

This place is an absolute delight! It has everything you need to feel right at home, down to a few pastries and juices left for us on the counter. Even the things we needed eventually were already covered by Monika in her detailed check-in notes. This place is about a 5 minute from the walls of Lucca, and absolutely perfect for someone hoping to park the car and walk for a few days.

Gabriella took wonderful care of us and is a very nice landlady. The apartment has everything you need and wish for: nice interior, towels, products and even something to eat, as well as a parasol and two bicycles! It is very clean and comfortable and the balcony is perfect to enjoy the amazing view - we all agree that we felt very welcomed and absolutely recommend this stay!

Very nice flat, approx. 15 minutes away from train station and very close to many nice restaurants. There's supermarket just few minutes away. It's also pretty close to main tourist attractions. Flat is located on 4th floor and there's no elevator so be aware of that if you're travelling with heavy luggage. At least a little stove in the kitchen could be useful but we managed without it. Otherwise it's a very good place to stay when you want to visit Pisa and other cities and towns around it. Pier Docenico was super nice, welcomed us when we arrived and was willing to help and answer any questions we might have :)

This was a great place and exactly what we needed (2 adults, 2 kids). It is in the heart of the old city and so close to restaurants. the beautiful piazza's and amenities. Being close to the university also meant the area had a real buzz due to the students, particularly around lunch and evening. The flat was a 10-15 min walk from the station from which we took trains to Firenze and Lucca and even a bus to the coast for a swim! Pisa was so walkable and safe and we loved being able to walk up to the leaning tower square after sunset. truly magical. The flat was great and had everything we needed. Morning coffee on the terrace and evening meals were delightful. Alberto was great and really responsive and communicative.

Absolutely beautiful apartment - looks just like the pictures - possibly even better. Comfortable and so clean, great location. Only slight issues were the noise from the main entrance door as you are so close to the entrance, and how cold the apartment was. We travelled in January and although there is heating in the kitchen it struggled to reach the bedroom and never warmed up to a comfortable level. There also weren’t warm duvets just thin sheets. Wouldn’t stop me booking again but would bring warmer clothes and slippers!! Overall a lovely stay!

We had a very pleasant stay with Adam. Everything was taken care of by the host to the last detail. It is a beautiful house with nicely decorated, comfortable rooms. This is where truly Tuscan elements come back. In the morning we enjoyed a nice breakfast outside in the garden! In any case, we found a wonderful address for when we go back to Tuscany 👌🏼

One of the best places we stayed in, in Italy. The suite we stayed in was super clean and comforting. The breakfast was really cozy and nice and the big beautiful garden with swimming pool a great place to hang out. We have two young kids and for them it was such a pleasure to be here. The dinners in the garden were not only delicious but really got the Italian feeling out of it. Location is great in between Pise, beaches and gorgeous Lucca. Last but not least, the owners are the best of all. So friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this place!

We had a very nice stay with Dawn! We were very well received, it is a very nice quiet place. The house is beautiful and everything is well maintained. The contact with Dawn was very nice, she takes good care of her guests. There was always something freshly baked and we also got all kinds of things for breakfast. Since it is at the top of the mountain, having a car is an advantage. The road to get there is good and largely new. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended

We were warmly welcomed and felt right at home. Since we were only in Lucca for one night on our trip this time, we are looking forward to being there again soon and very happy to be in this accommodation.

we only stayed one night but how we had a good time! We arrived at night and you could already realize the place...the next morning it was a wonderful! A fantastic place in the middle of nature but not far from the city! Super breakfast for all tastes, Gabriele is very kind, he can do it! I recommend it!!!

George, a kind and helpful person, assisted us from the first minute we arrived at his place. He accompanied us everywhere and explained the history and peculiarities of the city. Staying at George's is like staying at home, his place is a small oasis in the middle of other buildings. Highly recommended!!

Very nice B&B, close to the walls. Very nice hosts…even had a breakfast ready for us to take as we left much earlier than everyone else. I would recommend staying here!
