The space itself was beautifully designed, combining comfort and style in the best way possible. It truly felt like a home away from home, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The location was absolutely perfect, offering the right balance of peace and accessibility to nearby attractions. Elsie was a fantastic host, making sure everything was just right as well as responding within minutes. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to come back! The overall stay was amazing. Very close to the city without being in the city. Vinnie was understanding and a great host definitely a superhost with a great unit to stay in. Besides the addition charge for parking after booking, microwave not working properly, and the water temperature fluctuating while in the shower. It was great. Highly recommend and will be booking again if available.

We absolutely loved this apt! This is our second time to visit Hoboken and Manhattan. The apt was perfect for our family of 8. Super clean, comfy, and close to the path so we could commute to Manhattan! I would definitely recommend this location and stay here again!

Alan was such a great host. He responded quickly and gave great suggestions for places in the area to go to. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The instructions to get in the building and for parking were clear and made the experience very easy and convenient. We will definitely be coming back for future stays.

My 4-year-old son and I had an amazing stay at this charming brownstone in Jersey City! The property was spotless, and it was clear that the host has great taste in design—it felt stylish and cozy. We slept wonderfully, and the space was perfect for our needs. Communication with the host was fantastic—they were responsive and thoughtful, making the entire process stress-free. The location is also ideal for anyone looking to visit New York City. It's just less than a 30-minute ride via the convenient PATH train, and the station is only a short walk away from the property. Since the property is in New Jersey, we enjoyed the bonus of a more spacious and affordable place compared to most spots in NYC. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, especially tourists heading to NYC. It's the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and value!

My family and I stayed at Mohits place Jan. 2025. It is clean, safe neighborhood, and big space for NYC. If you have transportation and ways throughout the city, this place will make your stay better. Mohit is very fast to respond to all my needs and kind. I even left some of my belongings along the driveway, they were very nice and brought my things back into a safe area. Thank you Mohit for your kindness and attention to my family needs. My one hassle and a small one, the entering into the place and door codes are very cumbersome, I rather have one key than two different codes to memorize and enter. You will be happy to choose staying at Mohit’s place, it made my time in NYC easier.

We had a great stay at Emma’s place, location is great with buses every 10min to New York , neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant.

Cute little home right in the town of Piermont. Walking distance to great restaurants and cute shops. Would definitely stay here again!:)

The apartment was just perfect - spacious , well equipped , super comfortable and the most amazing location. It was great to have the big skies and calm of the ocean boardwalk to start and end busy Manhattan days. Being so close to the A train station was a real bonus and we loved getting the NYC ferry too. Stop and Shop handy and well stocked for groceries and Vino By The Sea has a great selection of wines including some local gems. Couldn’t have asked for a better family stay.

The apartment met all expectations. I felt very comfortable. The bed was insanely comfortable so I could sleep very well. Of course, the way to Manhattan from Rockaway Beach is not the shortest, but I knew that in advance. Within 75 minutes I was "in the middle" of whether I went by train or boat. Supermarket and the recommended "restaurant" are also within walking distance (5 minutes). Even as a woman traveling alone, I felt safe in the area. The fact that you were on the beach within a few minutes' walk in the most beautiful weather was rounded off.

Very pleasant trip with a magnificent view of the skyline. Comfortable house with the necessary. Welcoming and very responsive host. Acces to community transport easy. Thanks Michael, we were able to make a nice journey to discover New York.

We were my husband and my 2 children, the house is excellent, a delight! Very clean, with all the necessary utensils, shower and delicious bed, plus there were plenty of clean towels! The location was great because it had a bus stop in front of the house! The warm-up was perfect! Would definitely come back! A 10! Joseph always attentive to questions! Positive points only!

Hosts were really friendly and let us check in few hours sooner which I really appreciate because we drove all night from Chicago. Location is beautiful, right near the ocean. Yard was quite large and peaceful. We could park our car inside of the fenced yard which is amazing as we didn’t have to worry about car’s safety.

My girlfriend and I spent an amazing winter holiday in these apartments while visiting NYC. The location is very convenient: a bus stop is right outside the door, and it takes only about 20-25 minutes to get to Manhattan by bus. Estefany and her mother, Athia, are some of the kindest and most hospitable people we’ve ever met – always friendly and incredibly responsive. The apartments provided the perfect place to relax after long days of walking through the bustling city. Thanks to our wonderful hosts, our trip was truly memorable. Highly recommend!

The condo is spectacular and the host was very gracious and helpful! Note: there are alot of stairs to climb. We were unaware of this prior to checking in and my mother was unable to make it up the stairs due to her recent hip surgery. So please note there are stairs and it's not handicapped accessible. Otherwise great stay! Thanks!

The stay was great, and the bnb was exactly as depicted in the listing. it is situated in the right spot so you are close to a lot of activities and location you may want to visit. It is only 25 min drive to NYC and it is conveniently close to major highways for easy travel. I would recommend!
