Cottage vacation rentals in Fort Erie

Our family really enjoyed Elena’s place. It was cozy, clean and exactly as described. The deck was wonderful and close access to the lake and beach were great features. Elena offered for us to leave later on our last day and this allowed us to really maximize our last day of vacation. Wonderful experience!

Emilee's place did not disappoint. Even in the winter time the snowy lakeside was amazing. We loved relaxing in the hot tub with some good wine and the beautiful scenery. The home/cottage was cozy and welcoming. We loved our stay so much we had to extend the trip. Thanks for the great accommodations!

We were beyond impressed with the host and cottage! It is a private space just close enough to Niagara Falls!

A great place to get away with friends. The windows let so much light in and the beds are comfortable. The hot tub is the perfect temperature and has a great view of the water. The hot tub is not very private, but with the cottages so close that is hard to avoid. The space is clean and beautiful, and the host is friendly and proactive! Would absolutely visit again.

We had a wonderful time at John and Darlene’s. Lots of windows to enjoy the gorgeous setting. Hot tub is clean and private. We feel rested and relaxed. Would highly recommend this cottage.

My friends and I had an amazing time! This home was so comforting, relaxing, and the overall perfect fit for our weekend! We walked into a clean home with a personal note that made us feel very welcome. I don’t think my friends and I ever wanted to get out of the hot tub!!

I cannot say enough great things about Bryan's place! It exceeded our expectations...the house is amazing; the beds were very comfortable! We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Lake Erie is a short walk and provides the house with gorgeous views. We went in January so the pool was closed. but I can only imagine what it would be like in summertime...definitely want to plan another trip.

Not our first time booking with Lauren. We have stayed in a few locations within Sherkston Shores. This unit is absolutely top notch! High end amenities. Beautiful place! Highly recommend and Lauren is a great host!

Everything about this beautiful cottage was exactly as advertised. It was pristine, yet warm and welcoming. It was easy to find, the snow was cleared away, and the code on the door had been changed to what Megan told us it would be, so there were no issues with checking in on our own. On top of that, the Christmas lights and tree were on and in full display, and the Keurig shelf was stocked with multiple choices. The Chesterfield in front of the gorgeous gas fireplace was big, and comfortable enough for us both to nap on. the extra blankets and pillows were much appreciated. The property was walkable, and the river was right across the road. The kitchen had every cooking and serving dish and utensil we needed (enough that we could have invited guests over). We truly felt right at home, and we were sorry that we had to leave. We will definitely book this gem again. Thank you to Megan for offering such a perfect winter getaway.

We visited for Valentine’s day and this is the cutest little cottage i’ve ever stayed in - the view is breathtaking (even in the dead of winter) and the little sunroom was so cozy to sit and watch the water. The hosts were extremely responsive and friendly when we had questions, too. Highly recommend if you’re visiting the falls or just want a private getaway with a crazy view. Would gladly stay here again during any season.

Holly did a wonderful job decorating the cottage and adding little touches that truly made us feel welcome! Holly has equipped the cottage with pretty much everything you could possibly need/want, from a whole bookcase filled with books and games, kitchen necessities including spices, to beach and fire pit amenities! Being a short drive to the Buffalo & Niagara Falls areas, as well as many local restaurants & stores was also a plus. As was the fact that Holly didn’t charge insanely high cleaning or pet fees. We visited in January, so we weren’t able to take advantage of the nearby beaches, parks or backyard area, but that just gives us another reason to come back! Our family did enjoy seeing all of the snow and appreciated that when we arrived after dark, Holly had made sure the driveway and walkway were clear and the front porch light was on! This was a perfect place for a little get away! It was cozy had tons of extra amenities and spotless! Highly recommend!!

We had an amazing stay and cannot wait to go back! My husband, I and our 2.5 year old fell in love with Anne-Marie's place and all of us were sad to leave. The place is clean, beautifully decorated, with all of the amenities you need. It is a very short walk to the beautiful white sand beach and to lots of restaurants, cafes, ice cream and little shops. We also loved that her place is dog-friendly so our old chocolate lab was also able to enjoy the vacation with us. We walked down to the beach each day (it's so awesome that beach passes are included as well), had so much fun playing in the sand and swimming in the warm, clear water that you can walk out far in. We also tried some of the local restaurants and enjoyed all of our meals. And of course, when in a beach town, you have to eat ice cream! We were there on a Thursday so also enjoyed the weekly food-truck festival with live music. Such a beautiful outdoor setting. We will be back next year!

Beautiful little cottage, near stuff and Sarah the host was awesome and responded quickly. We had 2 dogs with us and once I informed her beforehand she allowed me to bring them. I would recommend Sarah's place even in winter it was nice for a little getaway in a quaint town.

The cottage was exactly as described. It was spotless and all instructions were clear. Lori provided all the information we needed and more ahead of our arrival. Great location, right on the river.

We had a wonderful stay at Alam's place for a student retreat! The place was very clean, super cozy, and was exactly as shown in the photos. Alam was a wonderful host and was very responsive to all of our needs. Would definitely recommend it for any large groups who are looking to have a private retreat with friends or family.

The cottage was beautifully decorated, spacious and extremely cozy. The hosts were very responsive and made sure all questions were addressed immediately. I highly recommend the cottage and look forward to returning in the near future.

So peaceful!!! We sat out on the deck every night and watched the sunset across Lake Ontario. So beautiful! We loved our stay and are already planning our next trip back. Thank you so much!

Great place for a family getaway, with a splendid tranquil environment. Not far away from basic amenities, with a public park within 5 min of walking distance having tennis, pickleball, volleyball and horse riding facilities. A bee farm is also walking distance, where one can get delicious organic honey. The house is quite spacious with numerous patios and sitting areas with spectacular views to suit individuals’ tastes. Restaurants and market place is 20 min drive, and Niagara falls a 30 min drive. The host Teri, was quite friendly and accommodating.

Paul is a great host. Very knowledgeable & helpful. Walked us through house instructions clearly. The cottage is great, ambience is magnificent and everything is just a 5 to 10 mins walk away or even better, charge & take the golf cart! It’s a nice ride to the beach or to the soccer field where most of the evening events occur. Definitely coming back to this place.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. Our host was communicative and answered all of our questions immediately. A great time at the beach making memories that will last a lifetime!

The stay was wonderful, everything was walkable, the house was filled with all essentials (ie, cutlery, glassware, pots & pans). The bed was super comfortable and soft! We stayed during a snow storm and Irene and Joab shoveled the driveway during the storm. Most definitely will come back and stay again!
