Clean, convenient location. Lots of amenities in the apartment as well as in the neighborhood.

My stay at this location was nothing short of amazing. It was a girls trip, so it being gated in was a plus. We felt very safe, and the host was super helpful throughout my entire stay. The location has great restaurants/shopping centers walking distance away. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in town. Only thing I would’ve like to known prior to my stay was about the alarm tests on Tuesday mornings.

This place is as great the after a long 12 hours to Houston the jacuzzi tub did use just right it was clean sheets was clean no trash left behind it’s was like a small smell n the kitchen soons you walk n but after first day did not smell was really close to everything i would recommend

Kimberly is a great host and a solid place to stay. The amenities were great and the dogs were super friendly. If you’re ever in houston and need a place this is a good one.

We enjoyed a great stay in Katy. The home was spacious, comfortable, and the pool and theater room added the perfect touch.

This place was beautiful. The pictures do this place no justice!! It had plenty place for people to sleep, amazing theater room, and awesome gym. Elizabeth was phenomenal with communicating with me throughout the stay, even when I reached out later in the night. I would most definitely recommend staying here, not only was it beautiful but the neighborhood was peaceful, and only about 30min away from many kid friendly activities and restaurants.

BOOK THIS HOME ! The pictures do not show all the true beauty in this home. The tall windows the tiki bar omg and the pool . The pool has lights and there is a jacuzzi . The pool is heated but you have give it time to warm up a bit. There are two grills at tiki bar as well as a refrigerator for refreshments When i tell you, Mr. Edward is the host I didn't know I needed. I found the absolute best home to accommodate my mom and our family for her 60th birthday bash. The Pearland town center is 12 minutes away from lots of shopping and restaurants. He is very responsive ,kind and present to any questions I had.I will book this home again in the summer . You will not be disappointed with your stay here.

This is absolutely my favorite place to stay whenever I am in Houston, Texas. Excellent location; quiet neighborhood; accommodating, personable and friendly host. Definitely would stay again in the very near future.
