Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Forsyth County

OMG!!! The property was as advertised. It was very beautiful, tastefully decorated and extremely accommodating. Just as I like it in my own home. We had spaces to gather as family to hang out and play games as well as peaceful places to retreat to for a bit of quiet time. I’m from the area so family was nearby. My nephew stopped by with his wife and children. I was a bit nervous because I didn’t want anyone to damage anything. I had totally forgotten about the game room. The kids enjoyed it the entire time they were there. That was a huge bonus. It was a bit too frigid out for me but a few of us took advantage of the fire pit in the back yard. Although I completely understand why, the only downside was not being able to use the fireplace. Because of the open space, it takes a while for the downstairs to warm up. We did find a space heater and there were plenty of blankets to bundle up with. Overall it was pretty awesome. I would definitely recommend it and would stay again.

Host had a quick response to any questions. House was great. Property was as described, very clean. I would definitely rent this property again.

Such a cute and comfortable cottage. It was nicely decorated for Christmas, which was an added bonus. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The sauna and option to cold plunge was fantastic. We will rebook in the future. Highly recommend!!

We arrived to a welcoming comfortable home after a long drive. It was clean and quiet and well stocked with fresh linens and extra bedding for the kids. There was plenty of space for our entire family. Our teenagers loved the game room. It was cold and rainy outside most of our trip but we enjoyed playing games and spending time together indoors. Restaurants and entertainment in the area were amazing.

Uday is a great Host. He welcomed us at the property when we arrived. He is friendly and helpful with providing information about the surrounding restaurants, groceries and other amenities. The house is old (built in late fifties) but one bath and some part of the house is renovated. As the other reviwer mentioned, laundry is in the basement and there is steep stairs to get there. The house sits on a very large lot with large trees but it gives a nice tranquil feeling. If you are nature lover you will love the place since during our stay, we were visited by deer families came to eat grass in the backyard and as well you will see many varieties of birds. Easy check-in and check-out. We would rent again in the future if we need to.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house perfectly met our family’s needs, offering plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The large backyard was great for outdoor fun, while the dining area and spacious living room made mealtime and relaxation easy. The bedrooms were awesome, with multiple options that gave us plenty of space to spread out. A standout feature was the video game arcade upstairs, featuring a vintage Pac-Man machine with over 200 classic arcade games—such a fun touch! The play area for children was also fantastic, with a wide variety of toys suited for both toddlers and young kids, making it perfect for our little ones. Overall, this home was ideal for our family getaway—great space, thoughtful amenities, and a memorable experience. We’d highly recommend it!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and simple. I especially appreciated the small touches, like extra towels and a well-stocked kitchen. Overall, a great experience, and I would happily stay here again!

I stayed at Tom and Christine's for a couple nights at the beginning of a longer trip. The space was clean and very nicely decorated with well-cared for furniture. It was cute, homey, and private. Everything worked and it was very clean. I didn't get a chance to meet Christine, but I did meet Tom briefly and he was very gracious, helpful, and kind. The lake the house is located on is peaceful, and I wish I'd had an opportunity to take the canoe out! I highly recommend this cozy place, and I'm thankful to have found it.

Alexis was very helpful and responsive. The place looks exactly as it does in the pictures and many grocery stores and restaurants in the area. Over all a great stay and host.

Kay is a superhost, she was always accommodating and understanding of our needs. Her place was clean and quiet.

Beautiful Cozy Space. The pictures do dont do justice. I was swept away by the the host decorated for our occasion. Hot tub was absolutely amazing. ALL PRAISE!!!!! This place is my new favorite get away.

While it was a quick weekend getaway, this place made us wish our stay was longer. Super clean, had tons of amenities and was stocked full of all the household necessities, just like staying at a hotel. We got in late and were still able to find our way inside. The property was beautiful and the animals were darlings! The space is a great size as well. It was quiet, comfortable, and wasn’t too bad of a drive to/ from Atlanta and the surrounding areas. We very much enjoyed this stay and would recommend it again and to other couples.

This stay was great. I liked that I was able to park on the street in front of the house and could walk around to the back for a private entrance. There is not a kitchen, but there is a microwave. If you don't mind being able to hear people as they walk around upstairs, then this stay is great.

Clean, cute & magical little cabin in which the photos don’t do it justice! Donna is the definition of Southern Hospitality! She pays attention to the details & made us feel right at home! Cabin is decorated beautifully thru-out & did I mention clean? I pay attention to the details as does Donna! She went over the top to make our weekend so very special! She is a superb host and you cannot go wrong with booking her cabin! She has set the standard of our future stays elsewhere way high! The area is beautiful, lots to do, we are already planning our next trip to her cabin! We cannot thank her enough for her kindness & beautiful spirit, as it is evident that she pours in the love to her cabin and to her guests and getting to know each one! It was a great home away from home! Sometimes it’s the little things that set others apart and boy is this place a step above the rest! You cannot go wrong booking this cabin & staying at her place! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

LOVED OUR STAY! Beautiful place to get away for the weekend. Only thing I would suggest is bringing a noise machine if you are a light sleeper. The house had everything we needed and more. We will 100% be booking again next time we come.

marks place was the perfect getaway just outside atlanta. if you wanna fish, hot tub, campfire,or do nothing..it was great. It was so peaceful I swear I saw about 30 plus deer in the nieghborhood and only 15 mins from restaurants and shopping.

I booked a getaway weekend for my husband so he could unplug and decompress. This beautiful cabin was absolutely perfect. The trees that surrounded the property and the sound of the beautiful creek steps from the cabin made for the most relaxing stay we’ve ever had. The cabin is cute as a button with everything you’ll need for a short or extended stay. The king size bed was super comfy and that, with the sound of the creek gave us the best sleep ever. If you’re looking for a quiet weekend to recharge and get away from a busy life, this is the perfect spot.

We were looking for a relaxing weekend getaway, and this place was perfect. It’s conveniently located near Dahlonega and Dawsonville, with everything we needed within a 15-minute drive. The space itself was cozy and just what we were hoping for. The only small suggestion we have is regarding the cleaning expectations. Given the high cleaning fee and the size of the place, the list of tasks before checkout felt a bit extra. Overall, we loved the place and the coziness.

We loved our stay here. Needed a relaxing getaway to recharge and this was the perfect place for that.

Beautiful home and gorgeous location. The house exceeded our expectations. The kitchen is equipped for cooking pretty much anything. Joni of super friendly, helpful and responsive. Driving in the fog is a bit scary due to the poor visibility on steep winding roads. Outside of that the mountain drive is beautiful. There are some cute little wineries not far and the downtown area has some nice restaurants. This home can accommodate a large family. We didn’t make it to the waterfall but would love to do that in the future.

Wonderful place! It is both off-the-grid, and close to shopping and things to do as well. We were looking to get away in a secluded spot for a week, and the cabin fit the bill. It is just minutes away from wine tasting, and downtown Dahlonega, where there is lots to do. Hanan and Joe were both flexible and helpful, as we had originally booked the stay a year ago and got called out of the country on business at the last minute. They worked with us to rebook the cabin for this year with no penalty. We would definitely stay there again, and we highly recommend this cabin!
