House is exactly as advertised. It’s new, modern and easy to stay in. Katti and Stefan were excellent hosts and responsive and helpful at all times. You will need a car as the location is remote, but easy to find. Would recommend as a base for local ski resorts in the winter.

We were very happy with the place. ● Flexible check in ● Place was easy to find ● spacious parking space on the premises ● You immediately felt at home ● The kitchen was superbly equipped ● Even a crib was on site ● The beds were very cozy Of course, we were also very lucky during our stay and on all days a bright blue sky. So all in all a very nice holiday.

We stayed and Mike's apartment and it was all we could hope for and more. Nothing was too much trouble for Mike, with the apartment well stocked with everything you needed. We were working in Munich and it was around 25 minutes into the centre. I would highly recommend this property and would say it would be in the top two that we have stayed in (having stayed in over 30 Airbnb properties). Thanks Mike we hope to stay again when we are back in the area

My experience at this place was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, everything was first-class. Communication with the hostess was prompt, friendly and helpful – all my questions were answered quickly. The place itself was beautifully decorated and clean. I particularly liked the well-equipped kitchen and the modern bathroom with sauna. The location was ideal for quiet nature walks. I highly recommend this place and would or will book it again anytime. Thank you for a memorable stay!

We felt completely comfortable and could wholeheartedly recommend this place! The apartment is so nicely decorated and super clean. Sabine and her family were very hospitable, helpful and always available for questions. It was a wonderful holiday with an absolute feel-good factor. Thank you for the time. We stayed with Stefan for 2 nights and enjoyed the stay very much. Stefan was very friendly and helpful and we were able to explore the beautiful surroundings in bright sunshine. With a visit to the Tyrolean Festival in Erl. Highly recommended in all. If our son plays in Erl again in the summer, we would love to stay with Stefan and Moni again!

Irmi is a very generous host. The location of the apartment is great as you are right at Chiemsee with access to restaurants and the ferry. A lot of great activities in the area. The apartment is spacious and ideal for two people, well equipped. I was only missing a wash machine and it would have been all perfectly sorted . Thanks a lot for the wonderful stay.

Spacious light flat with everything you need. Beautiful view on the meadows. Walking distance to the lake and close to the supermarket and train station. Our two kids loved it too, and appreciated the games. Can highly recommend!
