Vacation rentals with beach access in Formentera

A good apartment in a wonderful area in Formentera. We were there in October, so it was no longer too touristy. The sea and beautiful beaches are within walking distance.

We had a great time at Pep's place! It is an amazing listing where everything you need is within walking distance. Pep welcomed us personally and even gave us good recommendations where to eat. He even checked in during the stay if everything was ok. The listing itself was super clean and had everything you need. This is a great place to stay! I can absolutely recommend this listing. Consuelo picked us up from La Savina and gave us lots of tips and places to visit. The location of the apartment is perfect for walking to the beach. There are many good restaurants in Es Pujols and the place is lively every night. We can also have some really good breakfasts outside. I'd be happy to go back. Thank you:)

Ivan’s place is wonderful and he and his partner are great hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this little slice of paradise and we hope to return sometime soon.

Giovannadora's apartment is delicious, clean and tidy with everything you need for any need. It is in a great location, in the nightlife of Es Pujols, a stone's throw from the sea but with a free car park within a 2-minute walk. The communication was excellent, very kind and caring also Laura who welcomed us and made sure everything went well. See you next time!

Casa Marisita is already our place in Formentera every year. As always everything impeccable , in addition to being a nice apartment has everything you need , air conditioning throughout the house, very comfortable beds and pillows. Parking in the same building is a plus. We will definitely be there next summer. Thank you for everything!!!!

Our stay with Giulia was perfect. Very nice, clean apartment. Top location, overlooking the sea. Located on the promenade of Es Pujols. We really enjoyed seeing beach life from above, the music coming from the bars from below. Wonderful ambiance. The manager Monica is super nice and very helpful. Everything was perfect from the communication upon arrival at check-in at check-out to the cleaning services, very central location.. New modern and super equipped house as well as clean New and very high quality air conditioners New TV with all platforms. Unique experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Isabel’s. The location is perfect near the marina, restaurants and market but also private and with beautiful views from the terrace. The place was super tidy and stylish, comfortable and cosy. We loved it!

The whole reservation and communication was very easy. They also allowed us flexible check-out that was great to be able to take advantage of the last day without stress. Quiet area, right next to Cala Saona. Highly recommended

We had an amazing stay at this finca-style house for our family holiday. The property is beautifully renovated and located in a serene, protected area that offers breathtaking views of both the lake and the sea. The house itself is spacious, with three comfortable bedrooms and three modern bathrooms, making it perfect for our family of five. We particularly enjoyed the multiple terraces, especially the one with the lake view, where we spent most of our mornings and evenings. The interior is just as impressive, with a large living and dining area that has an open, fully equipped kitchen. It made cooking breakfast a pleasure, and the high-speed internet was a nice bonus, allowing us to stay connected when needed. The separate room in the tower with its chill-out terrace was a delightful spot for some quiet time, and the pool in the interior patio provided a refreshing escape The only downside we experienced were the mosquitos in the evenings, which required a bit of extra caution.

Sergio was a wonderful host for our 6 day stay in Es Pujols. Highlights of his place include the large comfortable bed with split mattress and great pillows. We enjoyed the patio and took the beach umbrellas to our beach outings. There was a large refrigerator and a fully stocked kitchen for things you need to cook. We didn’t watch much TV but we were able to enjoy the large TV using our own Netflix account. The location was very perfect, near the taxi stand and easily walkable to many restaurants and the boardwalk. We thought the place was well decorated and our host was very communicative.

The location is beautiful, quiet, a stone's throw from the sea, quiet. The island is small, to get anywhere it takes 5 to 10 or 15 minutes. The listing matches the photos and description. Only flaw: the cold water is missing and the sponge was missing to wash the dishes. After all, we had a very good time. Definitely recommend!

Perfect! We felt right at home, The location is perfect, the apartment is very comfortable and functional, and the attention received from Formentera Break from when we arrived until we left, it was 10! Stunning view from this spacious and well presented apartment. Positioned right next to the main street with many shops and restaurants. The front line sea view was outstanding - it would be difficult to match this view!

I stayed with my family in this apartment and found nothing out of place, in fact. They were present as I had requested both the crib and the high chair for the child, the kitchen was well equipped, the apartment was small but comfortable, more than good for our purposes. Good location, close to everything without being in the middle of the casino; supermarket practically below the house.

Stylishly decorated apartment with great views over the sea and promenade. Second bedroom could do with some better lighting.
