We enjoyed our 10 day stay in Cervia. Tania's home makes a high quality impression and is basically well-equipped. The location in the quiet residential area is very pleasant. A small pizzeria as well as an ice cream parlor are within 2 minutes walking distance (we always found it very tasty). We particularly liked the bicycles, which we have used daily for shopping or excursions. Tania was an open, helpful and very kind host!

Simple apartment but with the necessities. Well located for visiting the main places of interest in Romagna. Peter is a very welcoming and responsive host if there is anything you need. He offers a very convenient map for visiting the area and is a good ambassador! Great value for money.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The cleanliness was excellent and I enjoyed the modern furnishings very much. I want to highlight the friendly host, who was always helpful. A real highlight for me was the full body mirror – just fantastic, but also the direct beach! Overall it was a great experience, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment!

the place is about 40 min walk from the city center. with the bus it is about 15 min. the bus station is 3 min way. nevertheless, you do have supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance (10 min/15 min). the place is clean and nice. the small garden is great. it is in a quiet residential area. there is hardly traffic on the street in front, so quiet peaceful. the apartment feels smaller than it looks on the pictures but enough for 1-2 person. for my stay, since it has been raining a lot, it does feel a little humid inside sometimes, but nothing bad. the host was very responsive and dealt with issues immediately. would definitely come back again :)

great location, easy check-in with the possibility of fixing an earlier time, close to the beach, train station and the city center, well-maintained and clean apartment, big plus for air conditioning the😉 only thing I would change is a larger amount of toilet paper and garbage bags, I generally recommend !!

An amazing house facing the sea. The beach is downstairs! No danger, easy with kids. A beautiful terrace and a beautiful garden. It's really a nice environment. Warning for those who want to sleep… a little noisy (bar and music until late at night but it's the price to pay for having such a beautiful house) bring earplugs, which we had anticipated! Same in the morning, there is the noise of those who clean the beach. Other than that, great welcome from Fabrizio and very nice seaside resort with good restaurants. A unique place! I recommend it and hope to return one day!

An Airbnb experience like no other We were fortunate enough to book our holiday at Villa Cellaia and what a delightful surprise. The accommodation is designed and finished to a very high standard and so are all the facilities on site. Stefano, Lisa and their lovely boys treated us like us like friends. They were very helpful, informative and went out of their way to advise and suggest about where to go and what to do. Couldn’t have wished for nicer hosts. We spent two weeks in this beautiful apartment, recently renovated, where nothing is missing to spend a beautiful vacation! Fresh apartment, equipped with air conditioning , x 4 person is perfect! Located in a quiet street, without parking problems. 5 minutes walk from the sea and 15 minutes always on foot from the center of Bellaria! Cinzia is truly a super host! He dispensed us on a lot of events, always present for every circumstance! What can I say, we're doing really well!

The flat was perfect for weekend to discover Faenza and it had everything we needed to cook our own meal. There were coffee capsules for the machine, condiments etc..which made it welcoming. Lovely place. Leonardo was helpful and friendly. A great stay, Thank you!

Absolutely positive experience! :) Mr. Stefano is very punctual and kind, ready to provide clarification regarding questions and curiosities about the accommodation and the details of general rules, services, check-in and check-out. Apartment as shown in the photos and more, the double in the photos looks smaller when in reality it is very spacious! Everything clean and tidy, comfortable beds and quiet area, we all rested very well! :) A stone's throw from the Palacongressi, excellent as a base in these cases. All guests satisfied with the experience and good value for money compared to the amenities offered. Nothing else to add:) See you next time!

This is where you need to be! The owners, the location, the view this you must have seen and experienced! We greatly enjoyed the hospitality and definitely recommend this location!

Andrea welcomed us super warmly and was very good tips for our nearby visits (restaurants, activities, etc.) The place was spacious, perfectly functional, and very clean. Free and private parking, as well as the hot tub are a real plus. We can only recommend booking this place. Ps: for those who would like to go to the Grand Prix de Moto GP (as was our case), be aware that the circuit is very easily accessible, about 10 min drive.

Hotel Beautiful, cared for, clean and in a very central area, we spent a week in a beautiful apartment overlooking the sea, clean and cared for in every detail. Upon arrival, Valentina was very kind in showing us both the parking and the apartment and explaining the house rules in detail. We highly recommend the property and will definitely consider another stay with them next year.

Best place for 2 family vacation. Apparent with 2 rooms and 3 bedrooms is perfect. Swimming pool is nice bonus! Just a bit colder cold be :) but ether than that all was perfect! Even safe parking included!

It was a very pleasant stay. The jacuzzi in the garden is a welcome cuddle. Being the eighth month of pregnancy, not every day we went to the beach, which is only a 10-minute walk away. Being in the middle of nature was relaxing. The room is comfortable, with everything you need. We'll be back again. Lorena has always responded quickly and has always been kind.
