A Lovely spot in a small wooded area. Easy access in and out. Warm, comfortable, would definitely go back if passing this way. One thing - read the location instructions properly. Airbnb gives 2 locations, we went to the wrong one first. Antoine gives Co-ordinates on the listing - use them !

We had a wonderful three days at Mrs. Huguet's! The house is very comfortable, the bedding too and the garden and the terrace allowed us to eat outside, at noon (exceptional weather for early March!). Our teenage son was able to enjoy the room upstairs without being bothered by his little brother, which suited the whole family. Location. The beach is nearby, we went on foot via the very nice little path. Above the beach there are fitness equipment installed on a beautiful little lawn that our two sons really enjoyed and which must be the most beautiful fitness room in France, thanks to the views they offer of the sea! In short, we highly recommend this listing! Oh yes, and Mrs. Huguet was very flexible and responsive, and her instructions were very clear!

Very well arranged and very clean accommodation. Beautiful little garden. Very quiet, with a beautiful view of a wooded hill. Very good location for sightseeing getaways. Plus, Emilie and Amandine are very friendly and responsive.

the accommodation is very very functional, bedding at the top, and the environment is paradisiacal, the swans have deserted 1 km away but the wild geese always make me laugh a lot, as well as the lone duck still there in the early morning under the window. 2nd stay. Always great.

Mansion with lots of charm, very well equipped (for both children and adults.) Large garden ideal for children. Very nice bedding. Communication was perfect as well as self check-in. I recommend this place without so much as a second thought!

Tony is a great person and accommodation was very comfortable despite the cool outside temperatures. comfortable bedding, impeccable bathroom full kitchen.

Delightful host. A compact property for two in a residential neighbourhood about 15 minutes outside Rouen. Excellent value. Note, small double bed and very steep internal stairs to bedroom requires good mobility. Will stay again.

Comfortable and well-stocked home, a quiet and friendly garden and a pool at the top!! Take advantage of the veranda to extend aperitifs and meals with family or friends! A very welcoming and available host, all close to Magny en Vexin, Giverny .... A nearby place to recommend for a WE with family or friends!

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

I stayed at Fabienne and Eddie's place with my 3 children in the "nest" accommodation the area is very quiet, relaxing, very well received, many activities (animal feeding, secure swimming pool)and outdoor games and indoor games room offer, road bikes age available. The very clean accommodation, identical to the description, safety for children (staircase level barrier) the complete kitchen items to stay there as well as the first necessities. I recommend the homes offered by Fabienne and Eddie. i'll see you next year with pleasure 😊

This cottage was a beautiful and comfortable place to stay in Lyons-La-Forêt. Highlights for us: super comfy bed, wood burner, Nordic sauna, and of course the location in a gorgeous little village.

Very friendly host, very accommodating and very helpful. Guests were even treated to fresh eggs from the chicken coop! Very happy stay.

The place matches the description, even better! Very bright, pleasant, peaceful, spacious as well as the rooms... And this open fire!! We took full advantage of it ;-) Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the outdoors with the bad weather but it must be very nice to be able to enjoy the terrace as well as the green space! Beautiful hikes can satisfy the most knowledgeable hikers! We were warmly welcomed by the host who is proactive, pleasant and cool (thank you for the Belgian chocolates ;-) ) Recommended gîte! In addition, we have additional amenities such as linens and towels available. The interior of the cottage is modern, with new furniture that adds to the comfort. The value for money is quite satisfactory. The cottage has largely met our expectations. I would highly recommend it.

Sophie and Naïm were very kind and helpful. They welcomed us in and responded quickly to all messages. The place was warm ready for us and spotless and beautiful thoughtful decor like in pics with everything we needed to rest our heads for the night. the bed is extremely comfortable although if you like to sprawl out it's a bit on the small side but not a bad thing and still very much a double we just like to starfish 🫣 we didn't stay long enough to see if there was anything to do as passing through but there is a massive supermarket 5 minutes drive down the road. thank you both so much xoxo
