Delightful apartment and well cared for in every detail. Very welcoming, I really felt at home

We were in Tara over Christmas, and chose this apartment because it is well heated and nicely decorated. The apartment is very close to the beach, maybe 3 minutes by foot, and also very close to the city center, maybe also 3 minutes by foot. Terracina Doina, where there are many shopping and a beautiful beach promenade, but in the area there are also hiking opportunities in the surrounding hills. We enjoyed the stay. Communication with the hostess was very friendly and helpful, she always had an open ear for our concerns and was very accommodating. Absolutely recommended!

Lovely apartment just a 5 minute walk from the beach and some great restaurants.

Clean and tidy place to stay . It fully reflected the description provided by the host. Host available and responsive. Convenient to everything , train station 15 minutes to Piedi , nearby, restaurants, bars , etc... We'll definitely be back.

Stunning location, charming little house

Mauro is a delightful person. He accompanied us to visit the nature reserve of Tor Caldara, the English cemetery and this is definitely a plus. As for the apartment, it is responsive to the photographs but in real life you can see a certain neglect: the kitchen cabinets are black (not blue), they probably lost the lacquer, and some doors are missing; the shower has a closing curtain, definitely not hygienic; in the bedroom for the boys, the walls are all marked - not a big problem, but it makes the room unattractive. Mauro definitely pays some inexperience in managing checkout, but overall the rating is positive. The garden is unique, which has no hedge to maintain some privacy: the people who walk on the street (more than I imagined), inevitably look inside - but they are all very polite and say hello!

This place was a big part of the best Vacation ever. Great location, close to the best restaurants in Sermoneta. Fully equipped and clean.

My family and I loved nearly everything about this villa. The entire property was beautiful and very well kept. Anna was very communicative throughout our stay which was very much appreciated. It would have been helpful to have a clearer picture of the transportation situation, with having to schedule rides due to things like the grocery store being out of walking distance. We also would’ve loved to have more detailed information about the town so we could schedule time to explore. Overall we very much enjoyed the amenities and we would certainly stay again!

Simone was immediately very helpful and attentive so that everything was fine. The house is very nice and spacious and we had a great time.

My daughter and our dog were guests in the accommodation, we had a great time, a super clean house, accurate with everything you need, I really appreciated the whirlpool oven with the crispy that I often use at home, the sea is a 5-minute walk away... in short, everything is top! Highly recommended!

Clean, tidy , quiet apartment despite being a stone's throw from the streets of downtown. Equipped with two TVs with Netflix. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare lunches/dinners to eat in the delicious and intimate outdoor garden. Antonio is a very helpful person for any advice. We had a great time. Highly recommended

Everything was perfect, Mrs. Antonella is kind and always available. The new and clean apartment is located in a very central area, all amenities, the historic area, the clubs and the sea can be reached on foot.
