Anna’s house is stunning and tucked away in such a beautiful quiet location. The people who take care of the house were kind and our two year old loved him. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of life to stay here.

Federica is a friendly, pleasant and kind host. We really enjoyed ourselves in her home, which is spacious, very clean and welcoming. Federica was available both for check-in and for info on the area and then being a pleasant person it's a lot of fun chatting with her, too bad we were there for a short time. central location for us since we visited Perugia, Assisi and Gubbio and the apartment has absolutely everything. It is a tidy and cozy accommodation in a peaceful countryside. You can feel the host's sincerity in the house. But it was a little cold. I was satisfied with everything else.

5 stars does not do this place justice! This is a true slice of paradise. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and felt right at home from the very beginning. The views are exquisite. The peace is palpable. The host is so thoughtful and attentive to every small detail. It was like our very own resort from the moment the gate opened! There are so many amazing touches, I truly can’t say enough good things! The surroundings are so beautiful and easy to get to. We miss it already!

Andrea and Flavio were excellent hosts. The location is perfectly situated just outside the city gates. The parking on premises was very convenient and saved us a lot of money. The tub was perfect to give our little one a bath and the children’s park just a five-minute walk away was perfect to keep everyone happy as we would come and go in the city. I highly recommend this BNB to everyone, especially families.

Great location with everything you need (sheets and towels) and also with breakfast food (coffee, cookies, jam, snacks). The house is well-structured and the very large outdoor garden is a pleasant plus. The only thing is the parking spot, but there are free spots a few hundred meters from the house.

Antonello went above and beyond to ensure our stay was hassle-free and relaxing. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable beds, the table was laid before we arrived for our convenience and he responded to all messages within minutes. Perugia is a beautiful city and we were so pleased we chose to stay here as the location was central to town, safe and easily accessible by public bus from the train station. We had a perfect stay at Paola‘s apartment. It is very cosy , smart and quiet and it was easy to get to and from the centre. Check in was very easy. Facilities and amenities were excellent and everything worked perfectly. Wifi was good and we liked the work space as we needed to study some of the time. Shopping was easy at the nearby supermarket. Paola was very helpful and gave us good tips and was very welcoming. A charming host. Would definitely come back and we felt it was very good value for money.

Simona's apartment, in addition to being a short walk from the historic center of Foligno, is completely renovated, equipped with every comfort, super clean and really welcoming. We immediately felt at home. Super recommended.

Very caring and helpful host. The accommodation is cozy, sufficiently bright, practical, quiet. Remarkable location in the historic (and pedestrian) center of Perugia, a truly beautiful city that deserves a visit of at least three days. We'll be back.

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

Carla’s apartment is a home away from Carla’s apartment is a home away from home. We absolutely loved it for its large size, convenient location and comfortable furnishings. The amenities provided were generous. Carla kindly lent us her key card for free access to the car park nearby. We’ve used Airbnb in multiple countries for well over a decade. Places mostly meet our expectations while a few are disappointing. However, Carla’s apartment is the rarest of the rare- it exceeded all our expectations. We give it a 10 out of 10. Thank you, Carla. We wish we could have stayed longer.

I'm sure this is the best apartment we've ever stayed in through Airbnb. Marco + Michele are fantastic hosts. I highly recommend it for those who have a car and want a comfortable and luxurious experience at a great price. Also within driving distance of the Pian di Massiano mini subway with free parking so that the historic center is easy to access.

Marcus' apartment is in a perfect location, right in the center. It is located on the second floor, two large bedrooms, perfectly equipped kitchen complete with oven and dishwasher, blind bathroom, but functional. Perugia proved to be a perfect location, also for visiting other destinations such as Assisi, Spoleto and its surroundings. Marcus was always kind and helpful.

I used a trip to watch a game of volleyball.Para Barton was so close that it was about a 20-minute walk away. I was also impressed by the host's great response and care. The water pressure in the shower was low and the switch to the handy shower didn't work, so I thought it would be nice to have a description. Other than that, it was great and I was impressed when I asked for a taxi early in the morning, they were very kind and accommodating. Thank you!

Accommodation inserted in the context of an Art Nouveau-style villa of the early 1900s, with a garden and comfort space next to the apartment. Beautiful view of Assisi and Mount Subasio. Possibility of parking in the back of the house.

We enjoyed 4 nights here and our stay was very nice. The terrace was a lovely place to relax and have some wine while sitting in the sun. We enjoyed the wine and chips left for us and appreciated the thoughtful gift. We had some wonderful meals in town and even attended a chorale concert in the church nearby. Like most Italian hill towns, this one has many charming but steep little roads and walkways but this is why we love Italy. We quickly grew to really enjoy Spello and staying in Manuela's place gave us easy access to all that we needed.
