We had a great stay at Tomm’s apartment. Communication was fantastic and we found and accessed the accommodation easily. When we arrived , the apartment was very clean and tidy and is very well equipped if you want to self cater. We spent most of the time at Europa park- ideally situated at the bottom of the road (no traffic due to Europa’s car parks being located elsewhere). It is an ideal place to come back to for a comfy sleep at the end of a long day.

Everything as described, spacious and well-kept accommodation, well laid out and with a nice kitchen. The town is quite convenient for visiting various places. Quiet and residential area easy to get to and with plenty of parking. Everything went very well. We didn't meet Frank because there's self check-in, but he always responded promptly and on time to all requests. Thank you so much!

We had a lovely night at this place. Fabrice is a very responsive and welcoming host. Everything was clean and decorated with taste. The terrace and its spa already heated when we arrived is really a plus in the reservation. The calm of the place makes the stay as pleasant as possible. Thanks for the lovely stay

We loved this space from the minute we checked in. Eveything in the apartment is clean and tidy, and we appreciated the heated floors. Although on the smaller side, this apartment offered everything we needed and more. We shall definitely consider booking it again should we return to Gengenbach one day!

I keep coming back whenever I am in town. Nice kitchen for meal prep and very comfortable. Laundry facilities is a nice add on for longer trips. Feels like home with Susanne and Thomas always willing to take care to make it a great stay. Thanks!

We booked the Alte Forsthaus for an extended weekend with 3 generations of family. 10 people stayed in the house, part of the family came during the day. The villa was perfectly suited for our purpose: something very special for a special occasion. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the many paintings and sculptures make you feel like you are staying in an exhibition. Both indoors and outdoors, there are flexible ways to accommodate 15+ people at a table. Depending on the weather, we were in the living room, conservatory, on the terrace or in the huge garden - each place has a different charm. Due to the room layout over 2 floors + garden, there are many cozy retreats, so that all different needs could be taken into account. Frank is a fantastic host who answered questions immediately and with helpful photos. Not a luxury hotel, but a gem and oasis of peace!

We were so happy to find this little house, hidden away in the Black Forest. The location was exactly what we were looking for: very quiet and private, adjacent to a large farm house at the end of a country road, but within short driving distance to the medieval towns of Hornberg and Triberg where there are delightful restaurants, museums and shopping. The house is spotless with a vintage wood-burning chimney that works very efficiently and kept us super warm. All the amenities are new in the bathroom and kitchen (a real bonus is the waterfall style shower! ) Just behind the house are walking trails with lovely views of the Black Forest mountains. The hosts Karin and Yannis are friendly and laid-back. Best of all was the absolute calm of the area . We cant recommend it highly enough for a sweet winter getaway.
