One of the best bookings I've ever made! This was the perfect location to spend our family Thanksgiving, from the array of entertainment for the kids, to the relaxing hot tub, to the beautiful location. This is also one of the most well-appointed places I've ever stayed. Every detail was above and beyond and I hope we can come back again sometime!

Fantastic place to stay for a long girls' weekend! House is gorgeous and worth every penny!!! We were there in January, and it was still amazing. Can't imagine what it's like when it's warmer!

If you want a peaceful getaway in the woods, this is the place for you. We were a group of 6 people and couldn't have enjoyed Kathryn's place more. The house itself is beautiful, artful, and architecturally so cool with it's octagonal walls, high ceilings, and beautiful wood beams and trim. We spent our nights sitting around the inviting space just talking and relaxing, and our days checking out downtown Floyd and Chateau Morrisette, a near by winery. This is a great place to be!

Anahata was the perfect place for our family reunion! I hope to find another reason to have a gathering here. There are spectacular places to walk and explore out side. Inside and around the house on decks and porches are great gathering spots for small and large groups. Our family of 12 could all sleep comfortably with beautiful private accommodation. Our day visitors of 10 or so people enjoyed the beautiful house and grounds. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve experienced and I’ve been to a lot. The owners were great communicators and took care of everything!

Ashera and Luke were about the best hosts and now friends you could ask for. Their beautiful, well built rustic cabin was cozy with all the amenities we needed. The property is breathtaking, with a space for every need or want. We stayed for a respite from home in WNC and overwhelming emotions and energy from Helene, and our hosts were more supportive than we ever could have asked for. We will definitely be making this a regular getaway and sanctuary. Absolutely loved the stay and our hosts.

our stay at the cabin was incredible. very intimate and romantic. my favorite part was the large windows that showcased stunning views of the sunrise, sunset, and the beautiful scenery throughout the day. nearby, the small town of floyd had a wonderful farmers market and charming, artsy shops filled with jewelry, art, clothing, and more. we didn’t get a chance to visit the floyd country store, but we heard they often have live music. we also loved the hot tub! ezekiel was very friendly and easy to reach when we needed help starting the fireplace. overall, it was a beautiful trip!

We have stayed at 18 locations with Airbnb over the past six years and David‘s place is by far the very best! The attention to detail and peaceful surroundings were exceptional. We are already looking forward to returning this Fall.

Beautiful house! We adored just hanging in the big living room throughout the day, the view is so pretty and the big, A-frame windows let in so much light it is so peaceful! Very nice spacious rooms, it was perfect for a girls trip where we needed to fit a good amount of people. No one was cramped and everyone had their own space! Loved this house and highly recommend.
