Guesthouse vacation rentals in Flemish Brabant

Very nice host, who welcomed us two days in this house. The rental is located close to a tram that brings you to the city in less than 30 minutes. Following a delay of the train martin was able to adapt to our schedules. I would this place to stay. Very nice stay.

We enjoyed the loft so much! During a week between Christmas and new we were able to cocoon. A warm stove created a relaxed atmosphere and thanks to the beautiful location we could completely unwind. The host was super friendly and enthusiastically shared the info we needed. Highly recommendable!

It was my first time in an Airbnb and Anita has been a super host. She speaks several languages very good, so it has been easy to communicate even in my original language. It's very friendly and kind. It's ok to have some rules in the house. The room it's not as big, but you can easily stay there for some days, the bed was comfortable for one person. In the room there was a coffee machine and a boiler for tea, you'll also find a microwave, mugs, forks, plates and all the stuff in case you want to eat something inside the room. Anita allowed me even to put some of my stuff in her fridge. There are two toilets, one with a shower. The view was quite nice as well. The only negative thing it's about the Wifi, there was almost no signal inside the room, but it has been a good experience.

A+ on every aspect of our stay. If the location and number of beds works for your family or group, I wouldn’t look anywhere else. The place is immaculately clean and completely provisioned. Lovely little house, terrace, quick access to the city center, parking space possible, pretty decor, full of books:-), peaceful and serene. Loved the place. Kind and available hosts as needed. We are delighted and we left a little sad.

We absolutely loved the location, the property, and our overall experience, especially the excellent communication with our host, Olivier. We look forward to returning during a warmer season to fully enjoy the experience.

Great place. Close to public transport and a supermarket. Very clean and comfortable. We live to walk and it took us around 40 minutes to get to the city center and súper safe. The bathroom is in the room with only a divider so you better be comfortable with the other person you’re travelling with or married for at least 25 years. There is a separate toilet outside in the stairway. If like us you use the kitchen to cook, washing is a bit of a hassle as it has to be done in the bathroom sink. Not a big issue but worth mentioning.

All good - communication with Gael was excellent, the common areas were regularly maintained from the staff, and it depended on the guests to take care of it in the meantime. The washing machine was of great help and the common areas were good to chill and hang out at. Internet was great. I would recommend this stay while managing the expectations that it is a shared house. All in all, very good!

Loved our stay at Michael's. Just what we were looking for. Property has been beautifully restored. Traditional features with a contemporary upgrade. Modern, spotlessly clean, warm, with great functionality. Loved the quiet location and outlook. Once Michael showed us around, he left us to ourselves but was alway on hand to help should we need it. We felt very much at home and would love to come back. Thank you Craig

Nice and quiet neighborhood. Lot of space in the house and big kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. Also big and safety yard for parking cars. Host, Rudolph is very responsive and welcoming. Definitely recommend!

Ingrid and Erwin are very kind and helpful hosts. The guesthouse is part of a historical house and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home. On your doorstep you have a bus stop to take you anywhere you want to go and a supermarket is in walking distance. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you for a great time!
