Vacation rentals with breakfast in Flat Bush

The photos don’t do this listing justice. It’s more beautiful in reality!! Absolutely stunning location and very cosy. Michelle the host was lovely and made us feel very welcome. Would love to return again for leisure purposes next time :)

They were simply amazing hosts that went well above and beyond our wildest expectations!!! It is a lovely property and they are very attentive. Would definitely recommend this property to everyone that loves a nice & welcoming property and only steps from a beautiful beach.

Graeme and Colleen were wonderful hosts. They were very flexible, accommodating and friendly. The view of the water from their home is stunning. We had a great stay!

Great place to stay in a beautiful part of Auckland. Always felt safe and were able to settle in quickly. Tammee went above and beyond - friendly, flexible and responsive.

Great location, walkable to beach and restaurants. Nice living space opens out to covered deck and garden, would be very nice once pool renovation is complete. House is mostly cool with summer weather, note there is no central air conditioning. We did not need it during our stay. Minor improvements could be kitchen utensils update ie knives that are sharp, lids for pots etc, consider rubbish bins in bathrooms and shampoo/conditioners. Tissues in house. Hairdryer was missing however when informed, one was delivered to house within the hour. Very responsive hosts. Would stay with them again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, perfect for our week long visit. Very hospitable hosts and would highly recommend to family and friends.

Julie’s place was lovely. We felt really at home. The location is superb with restaurants, wine bar , cinema and great walks. Access to the city is great. All in all a great place to stay. Thanks Julie for letting us use your lovely home.

Very clean, well equipped apartment in nice peaceful part of town. Good value. Lovely shower and amenities. Parking bay is very handy for Auckland.

Rose was a great host, communicated well before and during our stay . The apartment was exactly as advertised, tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean . Would definitely recommend.

overall, great spot to stay! we stayed for 1 night after flying into Auckland. It was a little tricky finding the apartment building for first time, but easy to navigate afterwards. Nothing fancy by any means, but that's not what we were looking for nor desired. Would recommend as most time spent isn't in the room anyway!

Clean and comfortable room ~ Beautiful view ~ Close to the sea ~ Have spent Chinese New Year with friends here ~ Just the pot is a little old, the coating is about to fall off, it needs to be replaced ~

We couldn’t believe our luck! Dean & Margarets place is the perfect place to stay and exceeded expectations. It’s very stylish,clean,well equipped and most importantly the bed is amazing with Crisp ,clean ,fresh bedding. It’s was very peaceful,the whole huge apartment was faultless.

The apartment had everything we needed. Especially the bowl of fruit and treats that were there when we arrived . Walking distance into the town. Great bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Great views from the balcony too. Had a great stay even though it was a flying visit. Highly recommend

A brilliant stay in a brilliant location! Kay was great to communicate with and the place was lovely and clean!

I arrived early evening and Felicity was kind to offer me a wine to relax with and to have a chat. Everything was as described. A spacious extremely clean bedroom and bathroom. A very comfortable bed with quality linens. Immaculate home. Great location with a short walk to the City ferry.

Antoinette and Barry were amazing hosts. The breakfast was delicious, and a big thank you for the lift to and from the ferry. We had a great stay.

A handy spot for Devonport or Takapuna. Easy to find. Very small bedrooms up a flight of stairs from the small bathroom & toilet combined. Lovely kind hosts.

We loved staying at Deborah’s home. The accommodations were comfortable and she communicated very well. She was a very gracious host, and we loved eating breakfast while getting to know her better.

It would not be fair not to tell by how wonderful this place is. From the first moment, warmly welcomed and given the space to acclimatize after a long flight. It was the first stop of a trip through NZ, how can the other stops surpass this?😄

Conny’s place is just beautiful! Like being in a 5 star hotel - but also with a home away from home vibe . A friendly, responsive host and absolutely everything had been thought of. We will definitely stay again. I cannot recommend enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Colin was a very friendly and helpful host. He was flexible with our arrival time and helped us with taxis before welcoming us into the room.

The space we had was a really nice space to hang out in, the process was easy and the hosts were very accommodating and communicative :)
