Barn vacation rentals in Flanders

We had a great weekend at Ruth and Martin's place. The two are great people, loving, hospitable, open and interested (but not intrusive). We were very well informed in advance about our stay so we knew what to expect before arrival (e.g. surroundings, shopping, wifi access, etc.). The little cottage was stocked with everything we needed. It is very well maintained, clean and nicely decorated. We felt at home and did not miss anything. We appreciated the proximity to Ghent, but actually only spent our time on the farm and was in the sun. The huge and winding garden invites you to dream, you enjoy the quiet and the beauty of nature. Thank you Ruth and Martin for this lovely PLACE!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious, clean, each room has its own bathroom. The garden is beautiful and ideal for children. We definitely recommend it!

We had a bachelorette at Mieke's (25 people all weekend). It's ideal for this kind of event! The space even seemed bigger in reality than in the photos. We didn't miss a thing. Be careful though, we were warned that we had to pay attention to the noise because the (distant) neighbors sometimes call the police. In February, we had the party all night indoors and had no worries but be careful if you want to party outdoors especially in summer.

We stayed here for the weekend with 8 friends and everything was fine. Is a really nice home where everything is provided with very quality materials. Also a very large garden with and nicely decorated large barn + a jacuzzi that also worked fine. Communication with Christine runs smoothly and is very correct.

I stayed with Hilde for a few days and it was great. The rooms are very nice, the bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful which was a pleasant bonus. The shared spaces are nice, equipped with everything you need to cook and there was also a nice space to work for me. There are many historical WWI sites in the area, though you will need a car to get around. Hilde is a fantastic host, she is very friendly, always close by checking if you are OK and her breakfast was amazing. It is incredibly good value for the price. I had to cut my stay short because something came up and she was very understanding and flexible about it.

Beautiful large spaces, ideal for a big family or family. Lots to do in and around the house. Evelyn is really friendly and helpful. Beautiful location, lovely pool and sauna.

Very happy with our night at Stijn's. The bedroom is very comfortable and very well decorated with a large bathroom. Stijn is very friendly and has good tips. Breakfast was perfect. We'll be back with pleasure.

Wonderful airbnb! Everything well equipped in the kitchen and bar (two dishwasher, large oven, plenty of glasses, plates ...) . Good beds. Everything super clean. Good communication with the Karel. Highly recommended!

Our group of 11 had an amazing stay at this charming holiday home in Beernem. The house is beautifully renovated, offering spacious en-suite rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The shared indoor pool and sauna were perfect for relaxing, and the garden with a barbecue added a special touch to our evenings. The location is fantastic for exploring Bruges and Ghent, all within easy reach. A huge thanks to the wonderful host, who was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

A very nice Airbnb if, like us, you are looking for tranquility. The view, the underfloor heating, the cozy fireplace, the beautiful hiking trails nearby, reading a book in the seat, cooking overlooking the fields, all our thing. Please keep in mind that it is 1 large space. Our teenage son missed the privacy of a private room. Furthermore, the stairs are quite steep, not suitable for those who are less mobile. Bea is a lovely, discreet host. Certainly subject to repetition!
