I stayed one night with my wife and 11-year-old son in Gry's house. Very nice and very large house...a little cold upon arrival but the ground floor with living room and kitchen immediately heated up with wood-burning stoves. The bedrooms upstairs were a little cool, but with the blankets provided, we had no trouble sleeping. Gry was always very kind and would have allowed us, in case of need, to stay even after checkout time... Unfortunately, we were unable to take advantage of the opportunity to take a boat ride on the river due to bad weather. Recommended!! Thank you Gry, from Giacomo, Alessia and Marco.

This place has its interesting family history, love the interior decor a lot, especially the kitchen. But the best part is the garden. We were lucky that it was sunny and we spend the whole morning having breakfast and just chilling. Great starting point for hikes/walks and a great stop on the way from/to Oslo. Kristin met us when we arrived and she was very nice. Much recommended 👍

The accommodation was clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you’d need for a great stay. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes, which we used every day to make some great meals. For the board game geeks like ourselves, a great selection of games to play (we must have done five or more rounds of Munchkin). Bathroom and bedrooms were also clean and comfortable. Overall, an excellent and cozy place to land and spend quality time together after some exhausting (and fun) days skiing up at Hemsedal.

Nice and spacious house with everything you might need for amenities. Clean, tidy and nicely decorated. Although the house was by the road it was quiet and peaceful. Perfect for a relaxing completely away from the big city✨ Julia was a wonderful host. Clear instructions and responded quickly to messages. Reccommended highly.

A very nice, clean and beautifully located apartment. Within walking distance of the slopes. Daniel and Rebekka are very kind and helpful. We have been traveling through Norway every winter for a number of years, this apartment is really number 1 with us. Upon entering, there was a beautiful welcome card ready, made by their son. Highly recommend to stay here.

Steinar and Lily were very great hosts. The appartment was cozy and had everything we needed for cooking and enjoying our stay. Appartment was in a really great location, supermarkets were close to the house and the town was cozy. Everything was perfect:)

I had a wonderful experience staying at Iloana’s place.The space was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, and the kitchen had all the essentials for preparing meals. Iloana was a fantastic host, very communicative, and made check-in a breeze. They also provided helpful recommendations for local spots to check out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Nice and cosy place! Needed somewhere to stay whilst visiting family in Norway over Christmas, and this was a great find! Some really nice areas for walking close by, and really close to the bus stop, with frequent buses going towards Vik and Oslo, as well as Hønefoss.

It was a nice place just as expected. 3 minutes walk to the ski slopes. The place was perfect for us and what where going to this weekend.

Cannot thank Gunhild enough for not just sorting our stay at no notice but the flexibility in extending it and giving us time and space to get our lives sorted. A total god send when travelling around Norway I ended up getting admitted for emergency surgery and my wife needed somewhere to stay and then for me to recuperate - Gunhild was nothing short of fantastic. Having said that regardless of the situation the apartment was really lovely, very comfortable, well equipped, very clean with beautiful views that help you relax and in my case recover. Cannot reccommend this enough - hopefully though not for other people to recover from surgery.

We (two couples) had a good and restful stay at Malina's apartment for one night. It is located in a beautidul, quiet, private location, parking was very close and convenient. Apartment was clean, spacious, and the hosts had prepared a nice guide regarding what to do in and around Gol. One thing to note – we expected the apartment's second bedroom to have a bed (as listed in pictures), instead the second bed was made on a reclinable sofa. However, that did not make our stay less comfortable!

We had a great weekend at Norefjell. We got a quick response to everything we were wondering about and it was easy to communicate before we left. The apartment was perfectly located for being on the ground or out on the run. Would highly recommend this one! 😊

Great stay! Just like the description with the most amazing view. Right on the ski slopes and cross-country trails. Great stay and well worth the money!
